Life Orb, Choice Scarf, or Choice Specs. I'd swap Scald for a stronger move, say Hydro Pump.
I've seen Focus Sash sometimes but the power drop isn't worth it. Greninja is also too frail to run Leftovers in general aside from stally subscald sets that other Pokemon can do better.
