How can I beat Guzma in Aether Paradise?

Question

Hi I have tried and tried again and I still can’t beat Guzma, this is my current team
• Incineroar lv.46
• Salazzle lv.36
• nosepass lv.40
• roggenrola lv.36
• Magmar lv.36
• Hawlucha lv.49

Please help I really want to finish the game and this is the longest it’s ever taken me to beat someone.

Make sure Hawlucha knows aerial ace and holds a Flyinium Z. Use a fire Pokemon against Vikavolt (which isn't weak to flying), Z-aerial ace against whichever of his Pokemon is the most difficult for you, and just spam aerial ace against everything else. After defeating him, I think you should stop using Magmar, Roggenrola, and Salazzle. Having that many fire Pokemon and rock Pokemon on your team isn't the best use of your experience.

Neither Salazzle nor Incineroar are bad by themselves, but they are bad when they're on the same team and splitting experience.

Why is your lv.36 Roggenrola still a Roggenrola?
