Literally nothing besides it’s appearance. In the game, their attitudes are proven to be identical. Just look at the end credits, both forms are in the band and they play their makeshift guitar the exact same. Of course, GameFreak didn’t want to have to make another animation; but until they change the animations or come out with an anime containing the characters, the two poisonous rock-stars will have the same attitude.

They definitely don’t strum in the same way. Each form has its own animations, and apparently their strumming methods were modeled differently to match the methods for a guitar for Amped and a bass for Low Key. The guitar/bass thing is also referenced in their dex entries and in the number of protrusions on their chests, which match the number of strings on a guitar/bass.

After looking at the end credits video, I can agree with the above statement that the way they "strum" reflects guitar and bass playing for high key and low key respectively. I'd also like to mention that Rillaboom is a horrendous drummer.
