Choice Scarf Wishmaker

Jirachi

Jirachi @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Iron Head
- Body Slam
- Drain Punch / U-turn / Fire Punch
- Trick

Choice Scarf Jirachi, one of the most unexpected Scarfers in the OU metagame (at the moment) due to its unseen potential. Maximum Spd and Attack with slight HP complimented by a +Atk Nature allow Jirachi to deal decent damage. Jirachi's laughable 100 Atk becomes no laughing matter at all when it's using STAB Iron Head's flinch rate to abuse it's Serene Grace ability. Trick is Jirachi's technique against Stallers and Set Up Sweepers, outspeeding the majority of its foes and locking them into a move. Body Slam negates the Speed boost of the Scarf, rendering the foe with a useless item that locks them into a move, while also setting up a ParaFlinch strategy with Iron Head. Drain Punch eliminates the Steel type Pokemon reisisting Iron Head and Body Slam (watch out for Jellicent however), or you can decide to use U-turn as a Pivot attack for offensive momentum/pressure. Take a look at OU's most Under-Used Scarfer, Jirachi!

Jirachi @ Choice Specs
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature

- Doom Desire
- Psyshock
- Hidden Power [Fire] / Thunder
- Icy Wind / Flash Cannon

I'm honestly surprised no one thought this up earlier. Yes, Specs Jirachi. It hits a lot harder than you might think, and it has this perk caked Doom Desire. Most of the time people scoff at Doom Desire, until they realize that behind Specs it completely destroys most OU Pokemon. People underestimate it, only to be wrecked 2 turns later. Psyshock is your Psychic STAb ofc, and HP Fire beats other Steel types, while Thunder should replace it when under rain. Icy Wind is preferred for assassinating ground types, or Flash Cannon can be used for a more reliable steel STAB. The cool thing about this set is that it is extremely hard to predict, as almost all Jirachi's now are paraflinchers and the occasional Scarf. Doom Desire works to lure in water and steel types (Or Blissey) to absorb the hit, and when they come in, bring in something like Breloom to set up. Alternatively, if there is nothing to efficiently sponge the hit, something gonna die.

You aren't drunk enough for it to be Psychic.
oh ok, thanks for the handy tip :) @ B3N

I am guessing because there are enough  powerful psychc moves whiles there are only a few powerful special steel moves. If it was psychic they would have to evacuate all Pokemon (barring dark types) :P @ DF
I've always thought DD was psychic type -_-
oh, dear corns o.o
Doom Desire is steel type, but it hits like a typeless move. Flash Cannon shouldnt be in there.

Looks like there is no full on Physical set...better get one done.

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 176 HP / 128 Atk / 76 Def / 128 SpA
Jolly Nature
- Iron Head / Zen Headbutt
- Water Pulse
- Thunder / Thunderbolt
- Wish

  • Iron Head/Zen Headbutt (Flinch hax anyone? + STAB)
  • Water Pulse (Coverage of weaknesses)
  • Thunder/Thunderbolt (Good Power + decent accuracy, or average power + good accuracy, with
60% chance for paralysis. Can you say para-hax?
  • Wish (Wish Support. The EVs in HP will help heal even more if you decide to pass it on.)

thunderbolt only has a 20% chance
It has serene grace

Ok, here's mine:
Jirachi
Jirachi @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 200 HP / 244 Atk / 64 Def
Adamant Nature
- Iron Head
- Thunder Wave
- Swagger
- Substitute

This set completely abuses of Jirachi's Ability, Serene Grace. Iron Head has a higher chance to make the foe flinch and Thunder Wave for paralysis. Swagger is for confusing the foe. ParaFlinchFusion. Super Hax. The opponent will very likely not attack. If he does, he will have to break through your Substitute. Super annoying.

Swagger isn't that necessary seeing as there are alot of OU pokemon that can resist steel so another attacking move would fit.
True. You are right.
plus confusion doesn't last that long

I got my own Jirachi set that i've been using since quite some time in my Rain team.

To be used for Rain teams only.
Jirachi
Jirachi @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Calm Mind
- Substitute
- Thunder
- Psyshock

Sub Calm Mind. You switch in on something you resist. While the guy switches or uses a move that's not super-effective, you use Substitute. I then use at least one Calm Mind. Thunder is Rain abuse since it never misses in the Rain and because of Serene Grace, the paralysis chance is high. Psyshock is STAB and hits Blisseys and Chanseys hard.

Rain Jirachi

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Calm Mind
- Thunder
- Water Pulse
- Substitute / Wish

This set is amazing. Most people won't expect it and will try to use Intimidate or burns to mess you up. Calm Mind makes it an excellent special tank and unfazed by Fire in the rain. Thunder gives the opponent annoying paralysis 60% of the time and added coverage+confusion in the form of Water Pulse which is actually powerful after a Calm Mind in the rain. Substitute prevents other status/Leech Seed damage, or you can get extra recovery with Wish.

Jirachi @ Apicot Berry
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 84 HP / 252 Atk / 172 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Natural Gift
- Iron Head
- Thunder Wave / Body Slam
- U-turn / Stealth Rock

Jirachi suffers from Pokemon such as Heatran and Magnezone frequently in OU, and has nothing to deal with them outside of the rare Drain Punch. However, this set attempts to correct that by using Natural Gift, turning Apicot Berry into a 100 BP Ground type move that will most certainly OHKO Heatran and Magnezone (unless you're at like -6 and burned). The other two attacking moves consists of Jirachi's standard moves to paraflinch. The last slot can be tweaked to suit your Pokemon's needs, ranging from U-turn, to SR, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Wish, Toxic, and more. However, U-turn is great for scouting switches, and SR is great to abuse the switches Jirachi can force.

EVs allow Jirachi to outspeed Timid Heatran, and the rest goes into Attack to hit has hard as possible, The remaining are used in HP to allow Jirachi to take hits better.

Make a wish and hope you don't get haxxed!

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 92 Atk / 44 Def / 4 SpA / 44 SpD / 72 Spe
Jolly / Impish / Adamant Nature
- Substitute
- Body Slam
- Iron Head
- Water Pulse

The most evil set in all of Pokemon. Body Slam is neutral coverage with a 60% paralysis rate, and unlike Thunder Wave, it can paralyze Ground types too. Iron Head is STAB and has a 60% flinch chance with Serene Grace. Water Pulse does hit Fire and Ground super-effectively, however its main purpose is to confuse, since it has a 40% chance with Serene Grace. Substitute to hax the enemy to death safely.

I may be wrong, but with Iron Head, paralysis, and confusion, the opposing Pokemon has a 5.4% chance to move.

National Dex UU / National Dex Monotype (Psychic)

Jirachi @ Normalium Z
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Iron Head
- Thunderbolt / Hidden Power [Fire]
- Stored Power
- Happy Hour

Z-Celebrate set. Celebrate is for Z-Celebrate, which raises all of your stats by one stage. Iron Head is STAB that has a chance to flinch. Thunderbolt is for coverage. HP Fire can be used instead to hit steel types like Ferrothorn and Scizor super effectively. Stored Power is STAB that will have a base 120 power.

I haven't tried BDSP OU (yet?), but this set seems really fun to use.

BDSP OU

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 236 SpD / 20 Spe
Calm Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Doom Desire
- Thunder Wave
- U-turn

Since Jirachi doesn't have access to Iron Head in the BDSP games, this is the main set Jirachi runs in BDSP OU. Stealth Rock is for providing a hazard that chips Pokemon switching in. Thunder Wave slows down opposing Pokemon. Doom Desire is what Jirachi uses as its Steel STAB, as it hits harder than Meteor Mash. Altough it hits two turns after being used, Doom Desire provides a good way to chip opposing Pokemon coming in. U-Turns allows you to switch out while chipping Pokemon, and works well with Doom Desire. 20 Speed EVs allow you to outspeed max speed Magnezone, while the rest of the EVs are used in HP and Special Defense for bulk.

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD
Bold Nature
- Cosmic Power
- Wish
- Toxic
- Doom Desire

Wall of death. Cosmic Power is for boosting defenses. Wish is for healing. Toxic is for stalling. Doom Desire is to prevent Taunt from killing you and deals typeless damage, which is very useful.

This set doesn't abuse Serene Grace but it makes Jirachi look invincible if used properly.

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 192 Def / 28 SpA / 32 SpD
Bold Nature
- Doom Desire
- Psychic
- Wish
- Calm Mind

The strategy is that you use Doom Desire, then Wish & then use Calm Mind. This combination is powerful & will make Jirachi look indestructible. Calm Mind is used to buff up Jirachi's Special Defense so less EVs are needed in Special Defense. Jirachi's STAB moves work well together so that it has near perfect coverage, with only Steel types resisting, but with enough Calm Minds, Steel types shouldn't stand a chance. Wish provides good support for Jirachi & its team.

Jirachi
Jirachi @ Light Clay
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Reflect
- Light Screen
- Wish
- Iron Head

Reflect and Light Screen help setup sweepers like Rayquaza wreak havoc.
Wish further supports the team by giving healing, and max HP helps in this.
Iron Head is for attacking, and the nice flinch chance is good.
Specially defensive EV spread to take crap like Draco Meteors.

Rain Team Mixed Attacker

Jirachi @ King's Rock
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 4 HP / 126 Atk / 126 SpA / 252 Spe
Hardy Nature / Docile Nature / Bashful Nature / Quirky Nature
- Thunder
- Water Pulse
- Drain Punch
- Zen Headbutt

Thunder has perfect accuracy in the rain, good coverage and 60% chance of paralysis. Water Pulse covers all weaknesses in one simple move, boosted power in rain and boosted likelihood of confusion because of Serene Grace. Drain Punch will help with healing and hits Blissey hard. Zen Headbutt is STAB with added flinch chance. ParaFlinchFusion über hax!

The EV spread powers up attacks and gives Jirachi a speed boost with HP as filler. Neutral nature gives Jirachi full use of all attacks without inhibiting another stat. King's Rock adds yet another flinch chance making it nearly impossible to hit Jirachi, what with your hax abuse.

Yeah, well I'm kewl. So Jirachi set I didn't even inspire is coming your way.

Jirachi
Jirachi @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Iron Head
- Ice Punch / Fire Punch
- U-turn
- Healing Wish

Yey, ScarfRachi. Lemme break it down. Eff you. Yeah, I'm just kidding.

Let's skip the crap. Iron Head is STAB, and it flinches with that Serene Grace. Fire Punch or Ice Punch, still walled by Heatran. U-turn is what makes this a physical scarf set. Healing Wish is how you play the game and is how you make battles fun.

Yeah, I'm lazy. GG. Credit to Mew for this epic set.

Jirachi @ Choice Specs
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Flash Cannon / Doom Desire
- Psyshock / Psychic
- Thunder / Thunderbolt / Energy Ball
- Moonblast / Hidden Power [Ground] / Hidden Power [Fire]

Flash Cannon is the main STAB move, hitting Fairy, Rock and Ice types. Doom Desire is a stronger alternative that hits after a couple of turns.
Psyshock or Psychic is the second STAB of choice. Psyshock hits special walls harder on their physical side whereas Psychic hits physical walls harder on their special side. Both these options also hit Poison and Fighting types.
Thunder, Thunderbolt and Energy Ball are the options to hit bulky Water types. Thunder is the strongest option but it better to use with rain support. Thunderbolt can be used without rain support. Energy ball also hurts Rock and Ground types and those Water types immune to Electric moves.
Moonblast is used to hit Dark and Dragon types hard. Hidden Power Ground or Fire can be used to hit Heatran or Ferrothorn respectively.
