what format? anything in particular like a physical wall or a special wall?
Is this just the best walls in OU?
Shuckle
Umm you can give physical or special but i would like a mixed wall. In OU probably

Another option could be Ferrothorn.

Ferrothorn has excellent defensive stats, at 131 Defense and 116 Sp. Def respectively. Most Ferrothorn are physically defensive; but it can work as a mixed wall as well.

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 128 Def / 128 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Leech Seed
- Gyro Ball
- Toxic / Stealth Rock
- Power Whip / Spikes

If you want just a special wall, Blissey/Chansey are the way to go. They have humongous HP and SpD. Blissey is a lot better because it can use Heavy-Duty Boots and isn't crippled by Knock Off. Their movesets are the same.

Blissey / Chansey @ Heavy-Duty Boots / Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Def
- Soft-Boiled
- Thunder Wave / Toxic
- Seismic Toss
- Protect / Stealth Rock

If you want a pure physical wall, Skarmory is also great. It has access to many hazards, and that 140 base Defense with max investment and a Rocky Helmet means no physical attacker is taking this thing down. Nothing can set up on it when it has Whirlwind or Roar either.

Skarmory @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock / Whirlwind
- Spikes / Toxic
- Roost
- Brave Bird

The other mentioned stallers (Toxapex, Amoonguss and Mandibuzz) are probably better, but these are some of my suggestions.

Spikes on ferrothorn works too
True, thanks
Also, Chaney is not a good mixed wall. If you are going to try and make it one, put max evs in def and 4 in sp def
Unfortunately it's only about 178 def still.
I know lol I'm just trying to list viable stallers that you didn't
I know, just suggesting things
I would like to suggest using counter on Chansey if max def and +def nature.
Although it may die from fighting moves, when it takes a hit from a physical attacker counter will instant ko most of the time then heal back with soft boiled. I find it efficient to get rid of pokemon. But it isn't exactly stall
You can add Toxapex, too

Toxapex @ Black Sludge
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 156 Def / 100 SpD (279 for each defense)
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Toxic/Toxic Spikes (stall)
- Recover (recovery)
- Haze (so you don't get setup against)
- Scald (burn chance and stab)

It's a classic toxapex set and is definitely one of the best tanks out there. Regenerator let's you heal a bit from switching and toxic is classic stall. Another one would be amounguss.
Amoonguss @ Black Sludge
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 128 Def / 128 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Spore (sleep)
- Clear Smog (same as haze)
- Energy Ball (stab)
- Synthesis (recovery)
Although it's not as tanky as toxapex, the guarenteed sleep from spore makes it another popular one. You can shut down their sweeper and let yours get some setup. It too has Regenerator for the nice switch healing. Both are great mixed tanks. Hope I helped!

Mandibuzz will be of the best wall in Gen 8 OU
Mandibuzz has a good Defensive stat of 110 / 105 / 95, and also access to a speed of 80 which could outspeed the other wall and taunt them into death. It also access to Toxic, Foul Pay (Paired with it's low attack), Defog and Roost.
Here's my Set:
Mandibuzz (F) @ Rocky Helmet / Leftovers
Ability: Overcoat
EVs: 248 HP / 56 Def / 196 SpD / 8 Spe
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Taunt
- Roost
- Defog
- Foul Play
This set was so tanky which was almost unbeatable. the 8 spe makes it outspeed some other set up Pokemon, and here's some calculation when it met all those dangerous sweepers :

252+ SpA Choice Specs Magnezone Thunderbolt vs. 248 HP / 196+ SpD Mandibuzz: 378-446 (89.3 - 105.4%) -- 31.3% chance to OHKO
Possible damage amounts: (378, 384, 386, 392, 396, 402, 404, 410, 414, 420, 422, 428, 432, 438, 440, 446)

This set could even hold a super effective damage from a 252+, choice spes from a Magnezone who has a 130 SpA! This was so tanky, even tankier than Toxapex (252+ SpA Choice Specs Magnezone Thunderbolt vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Toxapex: 356-422 (117.1 - 138.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO), which was super nice.
Hope it helps!

Thing is, your toxapex didn't have a sp def increasing nature, as well as only 4 sp def evs. It is somewhat unfair against the toxapex as it has less investment in sp def
I'm just using the OU the Pex set which smogon post

With the addition of the crown tundra DLC, some Pokemon have been shown to dominate as walls. I will hopefully name more than one that is relevant XD.

Tapu Fini @ Leftovers
Ability: Misty Surge
EVs: 252 HP / 192 Def / 64 Spe
Bold Nature
- Calm Mind
- Taunt
- Draining Kiss
- Scald

Tapu Fini has a usage rate of 13.18% according to pikalytics. This set is called a calm mind set, so most people, including me, immediately thought of it as an offensive set. However, there is brilliant and unique usage of calm mind on a defensive wall, which I have not seen. This is meant to be a physical wall, because as you can see, there are no investments in special defense. Let's do the calculations against a Pokemon that is the MOST COMMON OU ATTACKER according to pikalytics: Landorus Therian. 232 Atk Landorus-Therian Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 192+ Def Tapu Fini: 120-142 (34.8 - 41.2%) -- 72.5% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery. This is without a calm mind set up. That won't do anything on this Pokemon though, as it is a physical attacker. However, being burned will certainly not help. Tapu fini has scald for this exact reason: to cripple physical attackers. If we look at the calcs now: 232 Atk burned Landorus-Therian Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 192+ Def Tapu Fini: 60-71 (17.4 - 20.6%) -- possible 7HKO after Leftovers recovery. HORRIBLE. Taunt is good for set-up sweepers, such as Magearna. Draining kiss is recovery and damage and stab, and scald is stab and to cripple physical attackers.

Slowbro @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
IVs: 0 Spe
Relaxed Nature
- Scald
- Slack Off
- Future Sight
- Teleport

Ahh slowbro. The definition of vibe. This thing is a monster on defense. Regenerator to gain health while switching is a brilliant ability for tanky Pokemon. Scald is stab used to cripple physical attackers, slack off is reliable recovery, Future Sight is stab and can act as good damage to end a battle. Teleport is a pivot. Let's do some calcs against Therian Landorus to see what we can do. 232 Atk Landorus-Therian Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Slowbro: 118-141 (29.9 - 35.7%) -- 35.1% chance to 3HKO. This is without a burn. Quite good. 232 Atk burned Landorus-Therian Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Slowbro: 59-70 (14.9 - 17.7%) -- possible 6HKO. Pretty bad for Landorus ngl.

Buzzwole @ Leftovers
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 HP / 144 Def / 112 Spe
Impish Nature
- Drain Punch
- Ice Punch
- Roost
- Toxic

Yes yes, punch man is a wall. I know. Surprising. Drain punch is stab, plus recovery, ice punch is coverage for those pesky flying types, Roost is reliable recovery, and toxic is to cripple your opponents with chip damage. If we do some calculations with Landorus therian, 232 Atk Landorus-Therian Stone Edge vs. 248 HP / 184+ Def Buzzwole: 70-83 (16.7 - 19.9%) -- possible 7HKO after Leftovers recovery. WTF. this monster.

EDIT: There's a boi going around, I'm not sure if you know what it is, but it is called.....Celesteela. One of the most horrifying walls, and, basically, it is horrifyingly tanky. It ain't the most common, but, it can be really annoying on stall, or just general walling strategies.

Celesteela @ Leftovers
Ability: Beast boost
EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SpDef
Sassy Nature
-Leech Seed
-Protect
-Heavy Slam
-Air Slash

Yeah....I don't think I need calcs to show you how horrifying this thing is.

Here I will try to list all notable OU walls, and this is one of 2 or more answers because maximum limit is 1200 characters

Rain is an extremely popular playstyle in the metagame, with abusers like Urshifu-R, Kingdra, Zapdos, and others. Ferrothorn has the ability Iron Barbs to punish physical Water type moves like Flip Turn, Waterfall, Liquidation, and Surging Strikes. Not only that, but Ferrothorn is very sturdy, and has a excellent defensive typing. However, Fire type moves usually destroy Ferrothorn thanks to its 4x weakness. Rain halves the power of Fire type moves though, making it even harder to break past. The amount of switches it forces lets it set up hazards, leech seed switch-ins, Knock and cripple, paralyze with Thunder Wave, or obliterate the Pokemon coming in with its powerful STAB moves in Gyro Ball and Power Whip. Ferrothorn is also immune to Sandstorm and resistant to Stealth Rock.

Its no surprise Toxapex is here. 50/152/142 defenses paired with resistances to Fire Blast, Scald, Ice Beam, Focus Blast, Close Combat, Sludge Bomb, U-Turn, Iron Head, and Moonblast let it come in for basically free against many offensive threats and proceed to use its vast support movepool to great effect. Toxic Spikes, Scald, Haze, Recover, Knock Off, and Baneful Bunker. Most super-effective moves don't even do more than 50% to Pex, and the ones that do, it can just Recover or switch out, since it has one of the best defensive abilities in the game: Regenerator, which heals 33% of health when you switch out. It is also immune to Toxic and Scald burns from opposing Toxapex don't out-damage Black Sludge. Speaking of Black Sludge, Pex's half-poison typing allows it to use this item effectively. Since Black Sludge damages any Pokemon that isn't Poison type and heals Toxapex the same amount Leftovers does, it can really mess with Trick users and stack damage. It makes for an excellent pairing with Ferrothorn, since Ferrothorn resists Electric and Psychic and is neutral to ground, and Ferrothorn is weak to Fighting and Fire, which Toxapex resists.

Ever since Heavy-Duty Boots were released, Blissey has been taking over the metagame. That huge HP stat, the highest of any Pokemon, as well as a great Special Defense stat, and (technically) an immunity to Toxic and Will-O-Wisp thanks to Natural Cure, as well as an immunity to Stealth Rock, Toxic Spikes, and Spikes because of Heavy-Duty Boots have cemented Blissey's place as one of the best walls around. It also has an incredible movepool, with Aromatherapy/Heal Bell, Teleport, Soft-Boiled, Toxic, Seismic Toss, and Stealth Rock. Its access to Wish however is what truly sets it apart. While not compatible with Teleport, Wish's mechanics were changed in Gen 5 so that the reciever is healed by an amount equal to half the Wish user's HP, so if a Blissey with 31 HP IVs and 252 HP EVs used Wish, the Pokemon recieving the Wish would get 357 HP back. Despite Blissey's base 10 Defense stat, that massive HP makes it much physically bulkier than it looks like on paper. With Urshifu-S being suspect tested, if it gets banned, Blissey will almost without a doubt rule the metagame.

Right now, however, the best Pokemon in the metagame is Clefable, and for good reason. It has a spammable STAB move with 24 PP, which is 95 Base Power, a 30% chance to lower foe's SpA, and a lot of super-effective targets. It also has one of the biggest movepools in the entire game, with great support moves too (more on that later). Mono-fairy is incredible defensively, with resistances to Wicked Blow, Dark Pulse, Focus Blast, Close Combat, U-Turn and an immunity to Outrage, Scale Shot, Draco Meteor, and Dragon Claw. It also has 2 INCREDIBLE abilities in Magic Guard and Unaware; the former makes it immune to Sandstorm, Toxic, Will-O-Wisp, entry hazards, and Leech Seed, while the latter lets it ignore Swords Dance Garchomp, Bulk Up Cinderace lacking Gunk Shot, Bulk Up Corviknight, Calm Mind Clefable, Dragon Dance Dragonite, Dragon Dance Dragapult, Swords Dance Excadrill, Misty Seed/Swords Dance Hawlucha, Nasty Plot Hydreigon, Swords Dance Landorus-Therian, Calm Mind Magearna or Calm Mind Magearna, Swords Dance Rillaboom, Nasty Plot Spectrier, Dragon Dance Tyranitar, Bulk Up Urshifu-S and Bulk Up Urshifu-R, Quiver Dance Volcarona, and a whole bunch of others. It also has very well-balanced bulk, with 95/73/90. Now, back to that movepool. Wish + Teleport + Magic Guard is broken. Clefable can ignore Stealth Rock and Toxic Spikes and pass 194 HP Wishes to a teammate.

With 110/105/95 defenses, Mandibuzz is one of OU's premier walls. Before, Buzz wasn't a top-tier OU wall, largely because of its Stealth Rock weakness, but Heavy-Duty Boots fixes that. Mandibuzz has good support and longevity moves like Knock Off, Whirlwind, Defog, Roost, Foul Play, U-turn, Taunt, and Rock Tomb. It also has a pretty good Speed stat for a wall. Its ability Overcoat makes Mandibuzz immune to Sandstorm, Spore, and Sleep Powder.

Buzzwole's typing and movepool make it a good physical wall. STAB Drain Punch to heal you, Roost for more consistent recovery, Bulk Up can be used to raise Defense and boost the power from those Punches, and by Punches I also mean Ice Punch which does heavy damage to Landorus-T and Garchomp. An Assault Vest set is also plausible, since Buzzwole's base 53 Special Defense stat does need improvement, even with a base HP stat of 103.

Updated as of 18 May, 2021 (Tier shifts took place recently on 17th May)

The OU metagame rapidly changes. Hence, it's not possible to decide what's the "best" wall. Hence, we're going to go through the defensive walls used most frequently at the time this answer was written. Without further ado, here's are my thoughts on some common walls in Gen 8 OU:

Toxapex --> Slowking

Slowking @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
- Scald
- Slack Off
- Future Sight
- Teleport

While being definitely not bad, Slowbro and Slowking's high viability and usage highly hurts it. Future Sight is a huge problem for it, which is why Toxapex had dropped from A+ to A. Hence, I suggest using Slowking as a bulkier SpD Water-type that can provide Future Sight support. If you still really need a mixed wall, Toxapex has just better stats, but it's not just that viable at the moment.

from A+ to A: In a world where Slowking is rising from A+ to S, it appears the bane of Gilbert Gottfried's existence is trending in the exact opposite direction. Toxapex is, and will continue to be, a timeless OU Pokemon going back to last generation. With this said, the metagame is very well equipped for it right now. Slowbro and Slowking are able to minimize it by swapping in, setting a Future Sight, and letting another Pokemon enter unscathed. Ground and Electric types are both very effective offensively right now. Magma Storm Heatran, Calm Mind + Thunder(bolt) Clefable, and Kyurem are all as good as ever. Toxapex was once one of the absolute best Pokemon, but then people put more emphasis on abusing it in teambuilding, so now it is a lot less consistent and walls fewer Pokemon.

Ferrothorn --> Skarmory

Skarmory @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Spikes
- Roost
- Whirlwind
- Body Press

Ferrothorn still faces some competition from Skarmory. Its defensive stat is much better, which allows it to check things like Kartana, Rillaboom, Landorus-T, Urshifu-Rapid Strike, etc. and almost any physical attacker. It can set-up spikes too like Ferrothorn, but it gets reliable recovery in form of Roost which Ferrothorn lacks. Furthermore, Ferrothorn really doesn't appreciate losing its Leftovers from Rillaboom's Knock Off. Therefore, I suggest using Skarmory as a better physical wall. If you need a better mixed wall for rain, just go with the Slowtwins (Slowbro and Slowking).

from A+ to A: Facing more competition in the Spikes department from Skarmory, which is now a consistent A- tier Pokemon, and struggling to find its way on to teams due to a growing pool of strong Steel types such as Corviknight, Heatran, Excadrill, the aforementioned Skarmory, Melmetal, Bisharp, Kartana, and Magnezone, Ferrothorn struggles to find its way on to as many teams as it once did. Ferrothorn also struggles against Zapdos, which is now running Heat Wave frequently, and Corviknight, which can outlast it and easily Defog in its face.

Mandibuzz --> Skarmory / Corviknight

Corviknight @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 168 Def / 88 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Defog
- Roost
- U-turn
- Brave Bird

I think this post just wraps it up why it's not that good as it was:

from A- to B+: Mandibuzz faces stiff competition and struggles with the abundance of status and Knock Off in the tier. With Landorus-T, Hippowdon, and Heatran being able to cripple this Defogger, Mandibuzz's presence is oftentimes a shortlived one, which is not good for something you would use to combat Pokemon like Dragapult, which tend to be around late game. Mandibuzz structures are still around, but they are far less common than earlier this generation.

Other things like Hippowdown, Tapu Fini, etc.: Bad at the moment, read the VR update post reasoning below:

Hippowdown: from A- to B+: Hippowdon struggles to maintain a presence in a tier with many potent Ground types that do not struggle with passivity or common Defoggers. Sand is a practical tool that may set the tempo for an entire team, but with Tyranitar still being viable, Hippowdon is incapable of distinguishing itself enough to warrant placement in the A ranks right now.

Tapu Fini: from A- to B+: When is the last time someone woke up and said "oh yeah I want to use Tapu Fini today, let's get it"? Like legit, I do not think this has ever happened. I think that about sums it up. Good night.

Amoonguss: With an abundance of other viable Grass types and another pair of superior Poison types on the defensive end with Regenerator, rarely is there room for Amoonguss to find its way on to teams. Moreover, it continues to descend down the ranks, falling down to B- for the time being.

Blissey (F) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Seismic Toss
- Soft-Boiled
- Thunder Wave
- Teleport

If you need a SpD wall that blanket checks pretty much the whole special attacking tier outside of Heatran ;-; then this your choice to go. Amazing SpD stats, great movepool with moves like Seismic Toss, Heal Bell, Wish, Teleport, Toxic, etc. makes Blissey a great choice. It has also rose in the recent viability rankings update, so as to show its usefulness as both a cleric and support pivot mon with T-Port.

from B+ to A-: Blissey is a Pokemon that is very easy to abuse, but despite that it is still quite a good option. It is a blanket check to fragile special attackers that has utility options and can pivot to less durable teammates. This unique niche is more than enough to help solidify Blissey as an A- tier Pokemon in OU right now.

That's all. Hope this helps!

Part 2

Corviknight is one of the best Pokemon in the metagame. Steel-Flying gives it 6 resistances, 2 4x resistances, and 2 immunities. It also has solid 98/105/85 defenses and moves like Taunt, Body Press, U-turn, Roost, and Defog. Defog is important since thanks to Corviknight's part Steel typing, it isn't weak to Stealth Rock and can viably run Leftovers. It can also PP stall with Pressure, Leftovers, and Roost. Its hidden ability Mirror Armor bounces back Landorus-Therian's Intimidate and Special Defense and Speed drops from moves like Shadow Ball and Rock Tomb.

Heatran has one of the best defensive typings in the game. 4 resistances, 5 4x resistances, and 2 immunities if going with Flash Fire. It also has the useful move Magma Storm to deal a lot of damage, trap the enemy, and slowly but steadily chip them. Heatran is one of the few Fire types with Lava Plume, which has 80 Base Power and a 30% chance to burn, which is overwhelmingly high, making would-be counters like Landorus-Therian, Urshifu-S, and Swampert afraid to switch in. Heatran can survive almost all the Earthquakes in OU if the Earthquaker is burned, which is a pretty big feat considering Heatran is 4x weak to the move. Looking at the stats, it has great 91/106/106 defenses and a very high speed stat for a wall, with 273 if fully invested and with a +Speed nature. Base 130 Special Attack lets Heatran dish out some serious damage if it needs to with Lava Plume, Magma Storm, or Earth Power. A relatively high speed stat makes Heatran a very good user of Taunt, and its Speed and bulk make it a stellar user of Stealth Rocks.

While at first glance Hippowdon might look like a slow, offensive Pokemon with its 112 Attack stat and STAB Earthquake, it is best suited to a more defensive role. Hippowdon has a Stealth Rock resistance, 108 HP, and 118 Defense. It also has Sand Stream to dig into the enemy's longevity, as well as a great support movepool, housing Slack Off, Stealth Rock, Toxic, Whirlwind/Roar, Yawn, and Body Press. STAB Earthquake is always useful in case it finds a Steel type or Clefable. Hippowdon's great physical defense and HP make it a perfect user of Rocky Helmet, although Leftovers is always a good option. Hippowdon's biggest downside is its mediocre base 72 Special Defense.

There are several reasons why Moltres is now a great wall. Its Stealth Rock 4x weakness is ignored by Heavy-Duty Boots, and it has gained Scorching Sands, which is great coverage and has a 30% burn chance, which can be even higher thanks to Moltres's hidden ability Flame Body. Fire-Flying and Flame Body along with 90/90/85 defenses and an incredibly Speed tier for a wall make Moltres so good. Fire-Flying and Flame Body let it come in on Fire Punch, Flare Blitz, Close Combat, U-turn, Grass Knot (it's a contact move), Iron Head, Play Rough, and potentially burn the user, and it also lets it switch into Earthquake for free.

Slowbro has been a defensive staple for a very long time now. With new additions in the buffed Teleport and Heavy-Duty Boots, Slowbro has returned from being pretty mediocre in Gen 7. The new additions let it use Regenerator to its full potential, making Slowbro one of the best pivots in OU. STAB Scald does a good chunk to Landorus-T, Nidoking, Excadrill, Cinderace, Urshifu-S, Tyranitar, Garchomp, and Buzzwole, and make Slowbro ridiculously bulky on the physical side if it burns, which is pretty likely considering its a 30% chance. It has recovery in Slack Off and Future Sight to scare off Toxapex and rack up Stealth Rock damage.

Now for the Galarian version of Slowbro's sibling. With a massive Special movepool as well as a great 110 Special Attack stat, Galarian Slowking has proven to be a great wall. But how does that make sense? Walls don't typically use their offensive stats. The answer lies in G-Slowking's already great Special Defense stat, good HP, and solid typing. It has moves like Flamethrower, STAB Future Sight, STAB Sludge Bomb, Scald, and Ice Beam at its disposal to get rid of and wall a large amount of threats.

Stealth Rock Swampert is not only a great wall, but also a great pivot. It has a weakness to only Grass (but its 4x), and moves like Roar, Scald, and the aforementioned Stealth Rock. It can be pretty offensively threatening without any attack investment, as STAB Earthquake from a base 110 Attack stat is not something your Pokemon would like to face. Sword and Shield gifted it Flip Turn, which is a Water type U-turn that is 60 base power instead of 70. Flip Turn is incredibly on Swampert, as Swampert has a Stealth Rock resistance so it doesn't mind coming back in.

Tapu Fini has a vast support movepool, Misty Terrain, great bulk, a great defensive typing, and a high Speed stat for a wall. It is a good Defogger, but it can also run Taunt thanks to its base 85 Speed. However, Tapu Fini commonly runs 3 attack moves which can be extremely punishing. STAB Moonblast for getting rid of Dragons and has a 30% chance to lower Special Attack, STAB Scald has a 30% chance to burn, and Knock Off removes annoying items like Heavy-Duty Boots, Leftovers, Choice items, or Life Orb. Now of course Tapu Fini won't be doing too much damage and its STABs will likely be 2HKOes on a super-effective hit, but being able to threaten both sides of the offensive spectrum with extremely spammable moves that have good coverage is very helpful. Misty Terrain is a massive boon against opposing stall teams.

Tyranitar is just insanely bulky. It lost Pursuit, and its many weaknesses can be exploitable, but Tyranitar came roaring back. Not with Dragon Dance or Choice Band this time. Rock Blast is a better STAB move than Stone Edge and can hit multiple times. In Gen 8, Tyranitar users have been experimenting with options it hadn't used that much in OU in previous generations, such as Toxic, Thunder Wave, Flamethrower, and Rest. Tyranitar is a very good Special wall because of its naturally high Special Defense stat synergizing perfectly with Sand Stream, which wears down enemies and boosts Rock types' Special Defense stat by 50%.

Hope this helps, and good luck with teambuilding!

Blissy
Bliss is an absolute wall with 255 hp and 135 Sp.Def makes it cancer to take out with special threats like the Latis, Spectrier,Volcrona and Hetran, even Physical attackers have a tough time dealing with it with its 255 hp.
It gets the all too annoying toxic, Soft Boiled for recovery, Heal Bell for status recovery, stealth rocks for more stall and Seismic Toss for reliable Damage.
My recommendation
Blissy @ Leftovers
252 hp
252 def
4 sp.def
bold nature
Ability:Natural Cure
Moves
Toxic
Heal Bell
Soft-Boiled
Stealth Rocks
Ferrothorn
Ferrothorn has solid HP and great defenses with a solid attack stat at 94, its ability, Iron Barbs, is the same as rough skin, and add a Rocky helmet and your opponents are getting more than 1/3 of their HP gone per hit, meaning if a multiple hit contact move like force palm or Fury Swipes your NOT making it out alive. It gets great stall moves like Leech Seed,Substitute, and Protect, making it a great subseeder as well as spikes and stealth rocks, offense wise it gets Gyro Ball which does massive damage if you have a speed lowering nature, seed bomb, and power whip whether you want accuracy or straight power and body press which utilizes that 131 defense stat.
My Recommendation
Ferrothorn @ Rocky Helmet
252 Atk
4 Def
252 Sp.Def
Relaxed Nature
Ability:Iron Barbs
Moves
Leech Seed
Substitute
Protect
Gyro Ball
Toxapex
Its hp is just ok but its defense stats are insane, each being over 140, it can hold Black Sludge which is the same as leftovers for poison types, it can get the always excellent Toxic and Baneful Bunker, haze to clear setups, recver for we recovery, scald which can burn and venoshock which will do 130 damage if the target is poisoned.
My Reccomendation
Toxapex @ Black Sludge
252 Hp
4 Def
252 Sp.Def
Bold Nature
Ability: Regenerator
Moves
Venoshock
Toxic
Haze
Recover
Hope these help!
