What are the chances of the Secret Pikachu in Pokémon GO to be shiny?

So, some of us know of that Secret Pikachu Starter thing you can do when you start Pokemon GO, and I would like to know the chances, if possible for that Pikachu to be shiny. Or any methods you can use according to the Pikachu one to make it shiny without a hack.

This question is completely different. The linked one asks can starter Pokémon including Pikachu be shiny or not. But this question also asks for the chances and methods for obtaining it.

Omg. Every Pokemon encounter has the same odds of being shiny. In Pokemon Go that chance is about 1/450. It has the same odds of being shiny but because it's the first encounter it's very unlikely (1/450 in fact) that it will be shiny.

It is a set encounter, so it has a 0% chance to be shiny. The Pikachu will always be the same, with the same stats.
