For example, Ledyba and Ledian learn Light Screen, Reflect, and Safeguard at level 12 in SMUSUM.

Please also list what level(s) this is true for, the moves involved, and if this is true for Generation VII or Generation VIII.

Please don't question my curiosity.

If you do not have a full, comprehensive answer to this question, then please leave a comment instead.

Do you want us to include or exclude moves learned at level 1?
Exclude level 1 moves
I think it's only the case for ledian I'm most likely wrong as there might be 1 or 2 others.
There's definitely more then 2
Gallade Wide Guard Quick Guard Level 56
is one of them
the only thing i could remember is butterfree and bulbasaur with the powder moves, but dont know what gen that is
Im going to have to question your curiosity here-this question is absurdly hard, you have to go through pages for 1000 Pokémon (twice for many of them) and even if it takes so much as 30 seconds a Pokémon, it’s still hours of reasearch, and it’s only for curiosity. Plus, the answer is on this site.
@primy? so is this a trivia question or not?
I did minimal research, but I found that the Reuniclus line has Light Screen and Reflect both learned at level 24.
Espurr's  entire line (Male and Female evos) learn Light Screen and Reflect at the same level. 30 for Espurr, 34 for Meowstic. Both in Gen 8.

There are many more, but hope I helped!
Hitmonchan learns all 3 elemental punches on lvl 24

Well, I put this off long enough, but it's about time I answer it

Note: I didn't do PLA Pokemon, as I haven't played that game yet and don't want to spoil myself. I also categorized the Pokemon by dex order so the list is much more convenient.
Pokemon without a label in Gen 1-4 can learn those moves in both BDSP and Sw/Sh, or if they're unavailable in one game, and available in another (such as Castform being in BDSP, but not Sw/Sh). Ones labeled "In BDSP" or "In SW/SH" can only learn those moves in that game. The US/UM movesets are only used by a Pokemon if they first appeared in Generations 5-7, and unavailable in Sw/Sh. Sorry if this is super confusing, this is just how it makes sense to me.
