Where can I find a trainer with Ambipom in Platinum?

There is a few other Pokemon like gengar but there all so complicated to find or just to train to the needed area...

• Ace Trainer Blake (Route 216)
• Clown Lee (Hearthome City, Pastoria City, Celestic Town Pokemon Centers)
• Double Team Al & Kay (Victory Road 2F)

The easiest one to find is probably Ace Trainer Blake.

On route 216 there is a trainer named blake who has one. He is an ace trainer.
