Sorry bad computer no pic of Flygon but still I have a good moveset for flygon

Purpose: Sweeper
Flygon @ Leftovers / Sitrus Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Dragon Rush
- Iron Tail
- Hone Claws

Item: Sitrus berry to recover for setup but leftovers are good too.
1. Earthquake Stab strong accurate move.
2. Dragon Rush See later on why so good but for now high power and does not have the problem that outrage has.
3. Iron Tail same as Dragon Rush strong inaccurate move good against Ice and Fairy so covers weaknesses.
4.Hone Claws For setup to boost power and accuracy for unreliable such as Iron Tail and Dragon Rush.

This is a set I made for my shiny Flygon in ORAS(Not the best):

Flygon @ Yache Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Atk / 6 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Hone Claws
- Dragon Claw
- Crunch

Item: Yache Berry (Because Ice is devastating to Flygon)
- Earthquake (STAB)
- Hone Claws (Attack & Accuracy Boost)
- Dragon Claw (STAB)
- Crunch (Type Coverage)

if you're going to use Hone Claws, why not add dragon rush to the set?

Phazing and poisoning

Flygon @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def
Impish / Careful Nature
- Dragon Tail
- Toxic
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

When this set is paired up with entry hazard support, it can be pretty annoying to deal with.

Flygon (M) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Lonely Nature
- Earthquake
- Dragon Tail
- Roost
- Dragon Claw

  • Earthquake: For STAB and a good cover
  • Dragon Tail: STAB and for scouting
  • Roost: A good heal move for heavy attacks
  • Dragon Claw: Good dragon attack and STAB

IDK if this helped, just let me know!

Flygon @ Muscle Band
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Hone Claws
- Dragon Rush
- Earthquake
- Iron Tail

The plan is simple: hone claws up, giving the accuracy boost, then sweep. Dragon Rush and Earthquake are both for stab, and Iron Tail eradicates Flygon's weaknesses.

Why not Life Orb instead? Muscle Band boosts by 1.1 power, while Life Orb 1.3 power, so why not Life Orb instead of Muscle Band?
probably because he doesn't want the 10% loss in health from life orb

Flygon @ Choice Specs
Ability: Levitate
EV spread: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Timid Nature
Obligatory attacks:

  • Draco Meteor
  • Boomburst
  • Earth Power / Scorching Sands
  • Flamethrower / U-turn

Draco Meteor is STAB and covers Dragon types, though you most switch after using it. Boomburst is strong neutral coverage and has a lot of Power Points, making it an extremely spammable and powerful attack. Earth Power is STAB that hits a lot super-effectively, but Scorching Sands can be considered due to its 30% chance to burn, despite being 20 Base Power weaker. Flamethrower hits Ice types, while U-Turn is pivoting.

Other options

  • Fire Blast can be used over Flamethrower, since it is 21% stronger. However, it is less accurate and has half the PP of Flamethrower.
  • Bug Buzz and Air Slash are some cool options you can experiment with
  • Due to the amount of switches you'll be making with Choice Specs, you will be racking up a lot of Stealth Rock chip. You might be using Flygon to switch into resisted attacks too. In that case, Giga Drain is a useful option that increases Flygon's longevity.

Gen 8 NU
Flygon
Flygon @ Lum Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Throat Chop
- Dragon Claw
- Dragon Dance

Dragon Dance sweeper. Earthquake is STAB. Throat Chop does super-effective damage on Pokémon like Bronzong. While not very effective on it, Throat Chop also prevents Sylveon from using Hyper Voice. Dragon Claw is STAB. Dragon Dance boosts Flygon's attack and speed. Lum Berry so Flygon won't be crippled by status such as burns.

Titan
Flygon @ Flame Plate
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly / Adamant Nature
- Dragon Claw
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Fire Punch

Dragon Claw : STAB
Dragon Dance : power up
Earthquake: STAB
Fire Punch : Coverage (cuz this thing fears ice)

I don't know what Gen these sets are for, but that Vibrava set is illegal in every Gen, from what I've seen.

Gen VIII RU

Flygon (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Dragon Claw
- Rock Slide / Stone Edge
- U-Turn / Fire Punch

Explanation: Flygon is a great psychical sweeper having great attack and speed combined with its good psychical movepool it can learn a variety of moves to counter its weaknesses, Earthquake and Dragon Claw is there for STAB, Rock Slide/Stone Edge is to counter Ice types and U-turn is there for pivoting in case of an emergency or you could have Fire Punch to counter Grass and Ice Types. Overall, a solid Pokemon.

Gen 9 NU Offensive Stealth Rock

Flygon @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Draco Meteor
- Fire Blast
- Earthquake

An Offensive Stealth Rock set Flygon can use in Gen 9 NU. While this set isn't in common, it's a fun anti-meta set since this Mixed set can threaten the common hazard removal of the tier. Stealth Rock allows Flygon to setup a hazard that chips opposing Pokemon switching in. Draco Meteor is a powerful Dragon STAB move, being able to threaten Dragon-types such as opposing Flygon, Altaria, and Dragalge. Fire Blast is a nice coverage move that hits two common Rapid Spinners in Tsareena and Avalugg, which is useful to keep Stealth Rock up. Earthquake is used for the Ground STAB, as it still hits hard even without investment. Earthquake is nice to threaten a somewhat common Rapid Spinner in Hitmontop, as Hitmontop usually uses Technician for the Ability and Assault Vest for its item. Life Orb is used as the item to give Flygon's attacks more power. Tera Fire is used to allow Flygon to resist Ice and Fairy-moves, which also helps its matchups against Pokemon Tsareena and Avalugg.

Gen 9 NU Stealth Rock + Eject Pack

Flygon @ Eject Pack
Ability: Levitate
Tera Type: Fairy / Steel
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Draco Meteor
- Earth Power
- Fire Blast / U-turn

A Stealth Rock + Eject Pack set Flygon can use in Gen 9 NU. This set is used on HO teams, specifically terrain and weather teams. Stealth Rock is used to setup a hazard to chip opposing Pokemon, which is always useful for HO teams to have on the opponent's side. Draco Meteor is Flygon's powerful STAB move, and since this set uses Eject Pack as the item, Flygon can chip opposing Pokemon with Draco Meteor and switch out afterwards due to the -2 Special Attack drop from Draco Meteor. Earth Power is used for the Ground STAB since this set uses Flygon's Special Attack instead of its Attack stat due to Eject Pack + Draco Meteor. Earth Power is also useful so Flygon can have a consistent Ground STAB if you use this on Grassy Terrain teams, as Earthquake's damage would get halved by Grassy Terrain. Fire Blast is a useful coverage move to 2HKO Grass-types such as Brambleghast and Vileplume, as well as hitting Breloom super effectively. Fire Blast is also useful against Tera Steel Flygon. U-turn can be used instead so Flygon can still have a pivot move after it used its Eject Pack. U-turn is the last slot you should use if you use this set on Rain teams, as Fire Blast will be weakened when Rain is up. Tera Fairy is used to allow Flygon to become immune to Dragon moves, which is useful against opposing Flygon. Tera Steel can be used instead if you want a resist to Dragon moves with the bonus of being immune to Poison moves.

I kinda like this one
Flygon @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Dragon Pulse

  • Earthquake: STAB
  • Rest: To regain health, obviously.
  • Sleep Talk: So it's not vulnerable when it's asleep.
  • Dragon Pulse: Another STAB
Let me know what you guys think :D!

rest is normally for bulkier pkmn
Ummmmm... Resttalk ia for bulkier pokemon like snorlax and suicune. Dragon pulse is a special attack so, if you are running a special set, replace earthquake with earth power and change attack ev's to special attack ev's. If you are running a physical set, replace dragon pulse with dragon claw

Flygon @ Assault Vest / Choice Band
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Levitate
Tera Type: Bug / Dragon
EVs: 200 Spe / 252 Atk / 36 SpD / 20 HP
- U-Turn
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- First Impression

First Impression Then
U-Turn Out. Also for scouting, both powered up with Bug Tera.
Dragon Claw is Stab.
Earthquake Also Stab.
__

Flygon @ Choice Specs / Choice Scarf
Nature: Modest
Ability: Levitate
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 SpA / 204 HP / 52 Spe
- Scorching Sands
- Fire Blast
- U-Turn
- Dragon Pulse

For this set I went full invested in Special Attack.
204 in HP, gives him a bit of longevity.
Scorching Sands is Stab.
Fire Blast Powerful Fire type move | Coverage.
U-Turn Scouting.
Dragon Pulse Instead of Meteor, Didn't want defence drop.

Draco Meteor is generally better, and it also lowers SpA, not SpD. Flygon needs its Speed as it is very frail. Scorching Sands over Earth Power? Anyways, Flygon has a very bad Special Attack and Specs would still give it much less than expected. What's with your Assault Vest set and its EVs? Outrage is still better than Dragon Claw, power is generally better than no bad side-effects.
I respect your opinion and the opinion of people who thinks different than me and what i say, i say with respect. But theese setups are not very good, the movesets are aceptable, they can work well on specific situations, however the EV spreads are not good, and they don't work well with the movesets and the rest of the setups.
horus, what would you recommend instead? why aren't they good?
Is there a reason for the EV spreads? Do they allow Flygon to live a certain hit from something, outspeed certain Pokemon, or did you just decided to slide the bars on Showdown to get the EV spreads? Might as well put my thoughts:

- Dragon Claw isn't really used on Band Flygon, Outrage is preferred as Band Flygon wants to hit hard.
- Earth Power > Scorching Sands and Draco Meteor > Dragon Pulse on the Special Flygon set. The added power is needed to make up for Flygon's base 80 Special Attack.
- I wouldn't recommend Choice Scarf on the Special Flygon set due to the EV spread you have. Even if the EV spread was a max max (i.e 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe) EV spread, Choice Scarf is better on physical Flygon since it has higher attack.

Flygon (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
IVs: 0 SpA
- Earthquake
- Outrage
- Fire Punch
- Dragon Dance
Analysis
Choice Scarf makes Flygon faster as he has an OK Speed stat.
EVs are sweeper EVs with 4 EVs in Special Defense because your weaknesses mostly have Special moves.
Earthquake is STAB and hits a lot of Pokemon super effectively.
Outrage is also STAB and takes care of your Dragon weakness.
Fire Punch takes care of the Ice types that you're x4 weak to.
Dragon Dance sets you up for glory and boosts your two main stats.

Dragon Dance + Choice Scarf?
How are you using dd with scarf? You'll be locked into dd and if you switch, boosts are gone.
Do you even use your own sets? If you did, you’d know that Scarf and Setup doesn’t work.
This is genius, though i would recommend Assault Vest over Choice Scarf because :P
