Why can't I enter "Kakuna Rattata" as my PSS message?

Question

I tried this a few months ago, it wouldn't do it. I didn't think of asking about it here until I saw a
question of the same sort.
So what would possible be wrong with the phrase? I've tested and know that Kakuna, Rattata, and Rattata Kakuna can be typed in.

EDIT: ok so I just tried Kakuna again, it didn't go.

Because Kakuna Rattata has 'kak' in it.In South Africa it means sh** or feces.Una Rattata is alright and so is normal Rattata.

Yeah but he said that the reason Kakuna Rattata didn't work was because of the word 'kak' embedded in it from Kakuna. If that's the case why does Kakuna by itself work?
