Electrium-Z depends on what move you use it on, but Pikanium-Z only works on Volt Tackle. Electrium-Z might benefit Pikachu more since you can use it on any electric move, while Pikanium can be used only on Volt Tackle. You could use Pikanium-Z because it is its own Z-Move.
