Incineroar @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 172 HP / 84 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Fake Out
- Bulk Up
- Darkest Lariat

My good friend Whimsicott-W recently bred me a Careful Intimidate Litten with Fake Out, so I decided to post this set. It’s supposed to be a mixed tank, even though the EVs don’t show it. Really, my goal with the EVs was to make it as Specially Bulky as possible. 172 HP is to balance it out slightly. Before you give me the “maxing out HP and splitting EVs into two stats is better than maxing out a defensive stat” argument, I’ll tell you right now that I’m highly aware of it. I just feel that I should max out the defensive stat that the set doesn’t buff. With Intimidate, that’s technically already a boost to your defense, but this set doesn’t help it tank specially without the EVs or nature. Anyway, 84 attack EVs are for the boost to your 2 physical attacking moves, because this is supposed to be a tank that can hit hard right back. Will-O-Wisp cuts your opponents Attack in half, allowing it to tank physically even better. Fake Out is free damage, assuming that the opposing Pokémon can be flinched. Bulk Up increases your Attack and Defense, and this combined with Will-O-Wisp and Intimidate makes you bulky enough on the physical side. Darkest Lariat is your STAB move of choice (thanks to NebbyY, who told be I should pick Dark STAB instead of Fire STAB). It also ignores your opponents stat changes, which is usually nice.

Incineroar Gen 7 OU

Incineroar (M) @ Incinium Z
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Darkest Lariat
- Bulk Up
- Earthquake / Cross Chop / Leech Life

- Flare Blitz strong STAB and 10% chance to burn target just (beware the recoil).
- Darkest Lariat STAB and ignores changes in the targets stats for example if they used "Iron Defense" Darkest Lariat would still do the same amount of damage it would have normally done, and the same goes for evasion as well. When Incinium Z is activated, Darkest Lariat turns into "MALICIOUS MOONSAULT" and has a power of 180, however this move now does not ignore stat changes but if the opponent has used minimize Malicious Moonsault ignores the accuracy changes and instead does double the damage!
(Incineroar is required to have darkest lariat in order to use malicious moonsault)
- Bulk Up is used to power up Incineroar's "decent" attack stat and gives him some defense as well.
- Earthquake is good coverage against rock, electric, poison, and fire types.
- Cross Chop More coverage and has an Increased critical hit ratio of 1/8 instead of 1/24.
- Leech Life is a good attack and recovery option for Incineroar by recovering 50% of the HP drained.

Sw/Sh VGC Series 12

Incineroar @ Shuca Berry
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 100 HP / 248 Atk / 160 SpD
Careful Nature
- Fake Out
- Taunt / Throat Chop
- Flare Blitz
- Parting Shot

Why is this thing back. Anyway, this is a VGC series 12 set, adjustable by a fair bit. Constructive criticism appreciated

Nat dex Doubles

Incineroar @ Shuca Berry
Ability: Intimidate
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 176 HP / 96 Atk / 92 Def / 36 SpD / 108 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Fake Out
- Parting Shot
- Flare Blitz
- Knock Off

Fake Out can threaten the opponent into a double protect, giving your other Pokemon a chance to set up or provide more support for the team with moves like Tailwind. Parting Shot reduces both attack stats and allows Incin to refresh its Intimidate and Fake Out. Knock Off deals good damage and removes a Pokemon's item. Flare Blitz is the primary STAB since it boasts great power and a chance to burn. Its EV spread lets Incin to tank hits somewhat effectively while dealing a good amount of damage and outspeeding other support Pokemon. The Shuca Berry lets Incin tank EQs with relative ease after Intimidate.

Double Battle Support Incineroar:
Pokemon: Incineroar
Ability: Intimidate
Nature: Sassy
Item: Sitrus Berry
Evs: 252 Def, 252 Sp.Def, 4 Atk
Moves:
-Flare Blitz
-Parting Shot
-Fake Out
-Knock Off/ Snarl

Flare Blitz to get good damage. Parting Shot is to lower opponent's offensive stats even more. Fake out is to flinch opponent every time Incineroar switches in. And knock off is to remove opponent's item/ snarl is to lower foes' Sp.Atk.

Thanks user Ferarri for the feedback, I really appreciate it.

No one runs max speed incineroar. Replace the nature to something more defensively oriented, and make the EV’s more defensive. Another glaring weakness is that you don’t have Flare Blitz, which goes hand in hand with Sitrus Berry and gets good damage off stuff like Rillaboom. Replace U-turn with Flare Blitz. One more thing, Snarl is more supportive, while Knock Off is better for  stab.
You’re welcome
This may seem contradictory to what Ferrari said, but you do want some Speed investment, not a lot, but some. This makes sure your Fake Outs hit first, preventing your opponent's Incin from stopping whatever you're doing. With Defensive EVs, I recommend putting most in HP and some in both the SpD and Def stats, 12 or 16 will do. A little more Atk would be good too, but isn't necessary so that is up to u.
Yeah true I don’t tho

Please tell me if this has already been posted; it's literally the set anyone watching or playing VGC knows, and I am definitely not taking credit for it, but I couldn't find the set on here.

VGC - any regulation where it is legal (as of Gen 9)
"Wolfey" the Incineroar
Ability: Intimidate
Tera Type: Ghost / Grass / Bug etc.
@ Safety Goggles / Sitrus Berry / Assault Vest / whatever you need for your team
EVs vary but here are some that have been used:

  • Careful nature: 252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Spe for assuming that Intimidate naturally boosts your Def
  • Jolly nature: 44 HP / 4 Atk / 44 Def / 220 SpD / 164 Spe for winning Fake Out duels against opposing Incin
  • Adamant 148 HP / 196 Atk / 164 Spe for surprising the opposing player and OHKOing frail Pokemon

The moves:
- Flare Blitz
- Knock Off
- Parting Shot / U-Turn
- Fake Out

Incineroar has the ideal stats, typing, movepool and ability to make it the most powerful support in VGC full stop.
It has :

  1. An ability cutting opponents' attack every time it enters the field
  2. Fake Out to give your partner a free turn - again every time it enters
  3. Multiple pivoting moves to reactivate both of the former
  4. Knock Off to remove necessary items from your opponents (and non-necessary ones, gives it goes up to over 100 base power on a target holding an item)
  5. And Flare Blitz to deal, at neutral, upwards of a quarter of a (bulky) foe's HP from a 'supporting Pokemon'.

This is not even an exhaustive list! Helping Hand, Taunt and Will-o-Wisp can and are all used too.

As a parting shot, Incineroar is good that it is regularly used on 60% of teams.

You need to add the exact EVs used on this set (Read https://pokemondb.net/pokebase/137236/what-are-evs-and-ivs-and-how-do-they-work if you're unsure about EVs)
I didn't put EVs before because this is a pokemon that should be adapted to be put on a team, but ok
