Chatot is OP, be careful.
Do you want Pokemon that are specifically music themed, or just Pokemon that are sound themed?
^ important, because if the latter then that (possibly?) includes pokemon like audino and loudred who are more generally sound themed
Just wanted to add a couple not mentioned
Audino -literally in the name
Quaquavel Line -Samba Dancer

I feel Skeledirge has more to do with singing that Quaquaval.
Exploud and Noivern are sound themed, not music, so if you're going to include them (which I don't think you should) you also need to include Audino. What do Quaquaval and Politoed have to do with music at all?
@Hellfire Taco, Politoed's entry in SS: "Whenever three or more of these get together, they sing in a loud voice that sounds like bellowing." It explicitly says they sing.
Quaquaval its dancing-based, which while not music-themed, implies music to dance to. I think that one's a matter of opinion. Also, Ludicolo is also dancing themed, so you'd have to remove that too.

Also, Skeledirge should probably be added too.
ScarletThe fiery bird changes shape when Skeledirge sings. Rumor has it that the bird was born when the fireball on Skeledirge’s head gained a soul.

VioletSkeledirge’s gentle singing soothes the souls of all that hear it. It burns its enemies to a crisp with flames of over 5,400 degrees Fahrenheit.

These are skelidirges pokedexes entries for anyone wondering why he listed skelidirge.
Politoad’s dex entries talk about it singing. I’ll take all the more sound/dancing themes Pokemon and put them in a separate section.

Edit: I decided to just forget about the sound based Pokemon because there are a lot of Pokemon where it’s debatable if they are sound based like Clefable for example
Given that it's just a Pokedex entry, I feel like you'd have to really stretch to call Politoed music THEMED. In Politoed's case, it's also one dex entry that's repeated three times across the series, where the other Pokemon that are more directly music themed have various dex entries detailing musical ability. imo if you include a Pokemon with an otherwise loose connection to singing, you also need to include every Pokemon that can learn Perish Song and Sing. Remember that the question is asking about music THEMED Pokemon, and not Pokemon that are simply capable of producing music. Everybody can sing, but not everyone is a singer.
how about exploud? also slightly music related is bronzong a bell, and maybe lapras? (just cuz of its gigantimax, perish song, and sing)
Lapras is something I forgot. Bronzong is based on a bell but its dex entries say nothing about music. Explound just makes sound not music
a bell is a music instrument, so it can be debated
Bronzing seems to be based off a church bell which rings to make an announcement not music.
Church bells ABSOLUTELY make music and are undebatably musical instruments. If you're gonna leave Bronzong off, you need to take Chimecho out as well.
Added Bronzong but I think it’s a bit of a stretch and I now want to ask the question what actually counts as a music based Pokemon? Like of I where to go grab a Magnezone and play it like a tambourine would it count as a music based Pokemon? Or would all the Pokemon who learn the move song count because they can sing? Before Bronzong I was only including Pokemon who either had a dex entrie saying they made music of where obviously music based and leaned moves to back that up. Bronzong fits neither of those categories so I’m not sure if it really fits in the list.
Also sry for not responding to your earlier comment Ht I didn’t see it till now but I’ll remove Politoad for now as well.

Also this is the dictionary definition of music and I think what I’m going to do it split the list into several sections likr what I have with dancing and music based Pokemon rn.

vocal or instrumental sounds (or both) combined in such a way as to produce beauty of form, harmony, and expression of emotion: couples were dancing to the music | baroque music.
• the art or science of composing or performing music: he devoted his life to music.
• a sound perceived as pleasingly harmonious: the background music of softly lapping water.
Obstagoon is based on Gene Simons, the co-lead singer of the band KISS. Plus in the SwSh Pokemon band, we find obstagoon being the lead singer.
Also just say primarina line and both the line and primarina. Saying the line includes primarina
I know but Obstagoon doesnt learn any music moves, none of its current dex entries mention it being a singer and it’s based off a musical instrument. Thats why it gets it’s own special section.

Also what do you mean with the secound comment?
I’m saying you can just use the primarina line because primarina is in the line already.

The Igglybuff line sings. The Whismur line is based on volume. The Chingling line is based on wind chimes. The Kricketot line might be based on harps. Chatot is based on a talking parrot with a music note as its crest. Maractus is based on maracas. Meloetta is based on a performer. Primarina is based on a mermaid (Think of Ariel from the Little Meraid's voice loss).
Kricketune is actually more of a cello/violin, but it's not that important.

How Ludicolo line? How Obstagoon line?
"Obstagoon appears to based on a European badger. Its humanoid traits, color scheme, and exposed tongue may also be inspired by Glam rock bands." -Bulbapedia
Ludicolo:  It also resembles a stereotypical Mexican folk dancer or mariachi performer with its sombrero-shaped head, poncho-like body hair, and dancing movements.

Another Pokémon associated with music is Maractus, which resembles a maraca. Quote from Bulbapedia: "It also seems to be based on traditional Mexican dress styles and, due to the fact that it dances and makes maraca-like sounds, may be based on Spanish dances...". In addition, its name is thought to be a combination of maraca and cactus.

One of the old answers already mentions Maractus.
