Sequels and games that otherwise didn't start the generation have introduced a few new Pokemon:
- Poiple, Naganadel, Blacephalon, Stakataka, and Zeraora in USUM
- Meltan and Melmetal in LGPE
- Wyrdeer, Kleavor, Ursaluna, Basculegion, Sneasler, Overquil, and Enamorous in PLA

Though not sequels or remakes, I thought it would also be relevant that various Pokemon and forms have been introduced in DLC expansion packs:
- Galarian Slowpoke and Slowbro, Kubfu, Urshifu, and Zarude in the Sw/Sh Isle of Armor expansion
- Galarian Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Slowking, Regieleki, Regidrago, Glastrier, Spetrier, and Calyrex in the Sw/Sh Crown Tundra expansion

As for remakes, no new Pokemon were introduced into a generation when a game was remade, however, alternate forms, for example, the Mega Pokemon introduced in ORAS and PLZA, have been introduced in remakes. Some alternate forms were also introduced in sequels, for example Black/White Kyurem and the alternate forms of Necrozma.

What about the B2W2 and USUM fusions? DO those count
I think they would, actually. Zygarde's alternate forms should count as well.
I think Zygarde's alternate forms were introduced in SM, which were not remakes.
Weren't Shaymin Sky Form & Giratina Origin Form introduced in Platinum after Diamond & Pearl?
@sumwun yeah, didn't think about that. I'll remove it
@Soundwave yes, they were.
