Where can Relicanth be found in R/S/E?

I need him for the regi trio but it says on DB that he is unavailable in those games but relicanth is definetly found in RSE

I already reported that. Pokemon DB's locations are not very reliable, so I think you should use Bulbapedia.

Relicanth can be found underwater (when using Dive) on Routes 124 and 126.
