Interesting how I used Facade. It's like I was predicting Guts.
Flareon (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Nitro Charge
- Substitute
- Wish
- Baton Pass
I think Fire Fang would be better, since Flareon normally has low Special Attack and good attack.
Dig is good, but the point of Facade is that it should be used when the user has a status condition. Still, I guess that's good enough. Judging by the rest of Flareon's moveset though, I think Toxic seems a little out of place, since this Flareon looks kind of like it's a Sweeper. Maybe Iron Tail to replace Dig, though. That way, you will have a defense against Rock Types, and your opponent would just switch pokemon if you used Dig and they were worth fighting.
Best. Flareon Moveset. Ever.

Well, before I start I just want to make something clear...

Flareon is NOT useless!!!

Before you say Flareon is no use, think of the Level one Starly trick. I mean, first time heard I mean, WHA? No sense. But the way you work with the Starly unleashes its potential and a little thought can mean SHED LOADS of power.
So without further ado, here's my moveset...

enter image description here

Flareon
Ability: Guts/Flash Fire (Guts is preferred)
Item: Fire Incense/Leftovers
Nature: Lonely (+Atk -Def)

Fire Fang - STAB+Fire Incense=BOOM
Fire Blast/Flame Charge - STAB. Although Flareon is too slow to Sweep, Flame Charge is good and adds dodge chance
Return/Facade - Make a Flareon happy and Return's a Powerhouse
Iron Tail - For them Ground types. Good power as well

Sorry about the Bold/Italic writing, it came out wrong.

Hope I helped! =]

I am confused as to why this is as good as you say. It is an okay moveset but it just...confuses me. Lonely nature? Where are the EVs? Iron Tail for ground types? Fix this moveset!

Here's a thought
Flareon
Ability: Guts
Item: Leftovers/Sitrus Berry
Nature: Adamant (+Atk, - Sp. Atk.)
160 HP/252 Atk/ 96 Sp. Def.

-Curse
-Flail
-Wish
-Flare Blitz

Curse boosts Atk. and Def. (but at the cost of Speed). Wish to heal damage. Flare Blitz for STAB and Flail for the getting to the low HP powered up by Curse and perhaps being affected by a status condition.

Who the heck says Flareon is horrible, its not at all in fact if you have the right moves for it then you may win battles but in this set, I have onley used it on a eeveelution team.......but I think it may work in regular battles (as long as you are in the perfect time to place this eeveelution) then I think it would work

WARNING: Only send out Flareon if you are surrounded by Toxic Spikes or if you think your opponent is about to use a move that either causes Paralysis or Poison!

Oh, and for this set would go well with the help of a Speed Boost and Swords Dance Ninjask with a Focus Sash would help Flareon alot more!

Flareon @ Weakness Policy
Nature: Careful
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 SDef and 4 HP
Moveset:
-Flareblitz
-WilO-Wisp
-Facade/Return
-Bite

Eh, not such a bad set for me any how, if Flareon gets hit by a super effective move, have no fear the weakness policy is here! The Weakness policy will at least help it with its attack by raiseing it by 2 stages but it also raises Sp.Atk by 2 stages too....anyway, Flareblitz is for STAB but has a big recoil though. Like what ~-~WILL~-~ said, WilO-Wisp would make Flareon have 120 Defense if you look at it that way since burns cause a Attack drop (unless the opponent has Guts too...). When Flareon has a status problem you know Facade is dangerous, right? ecspecialy with all that Attack stat. Bite has a chance of Flinching, not really powerful like Fire Fang, To bad it can't learn Crunch.

This set sucks

Flareon :
-Wish
- Protect
- Flare Blitz
- Retaliate
Item : Leftovers
Ability : Guts
Nature : Adamant
You lose HP with flare blitz. Leftovers heal every turn and wish is like recover but that heals on the next turn. So the order for that is Wish when you are low HP, then Protect and you are healed. Guts raises it's Attack by 50% when inflicted by a major status ailment (poison, burn, paralysis, freeze or sleep). If burnt, the Pokemon does not suffer the usual drop in Attack. If you were to switch with flareon after a Pokemon faints, use retaliate immediately to inflict double damage(140).

My Flareon set is designed to cripple the enemy with force and flames.

EV Spread: 252 Attack/252 HP/6 Speed
Ability: Flash Fire
Item: Liechi Berry
Nature: Adamant
Moves:
-Flare Blitz (A very powerful STAB move that will be boosted with any incoming Fire Attacks and if it is a yellow or red health, the Liechi Berry will boost all of its attacks)
-Superpower (A strong move to cover against other types, mind the recoil though)
-Iron Tail (This is also for coverage, and you'll be sure to end whatever opposes Flareon if this move lowers their Defense)
-Will-O-Wisp (Because of Flareon's low Defense, it needs a move that can cut the damage it takes as well as doing damage to the enemy. It's recommended you use this move the first turn any enemy Pokemon comes out)

Revenge Killer
Ability: Flash fire
Item: Choice Scarf
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Spe, 4 HP
Nature: Jolly/Adamant (Jolly is more recommended)
Moves:
Flare Blitz
Super Power
Double-Edge
Sleep talk/Yawn

Flareon makes a surprisingly decent revenge killer, and fast attacker, thanks to choice scarf. For those of you wondering, I gave Flareon sleep talk in case he had to switch in to a sleep inducing move. Yawn is fun to use, and can be pretty annoying for your opponent to deal with. As they have the choice to either switch or stay in, which you can use to your advantage.

I think if you EV train with the right nature, being +SpA, -Atk (yes you saw that right) you can make a special attacking beast. Here is the moveset:

Flareon @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 184 HP / 68 Atk / 252 SpA / 4 Spe
Modest Nature
- Fire Blast
- Shadow Ball
- Quick Attack
- Will-O-Wisp

I hope you will give this a chance in battling. And me, being the great person I am, will tell you how I use it. I open with will-o-wisp to make Flareon a defense beast. Then use fire blast, or shadow ball (depends on the type). And if they didn't faint from the burn, or your attack, use the quick attack.
