I think you can still see the chat room if you're banned, you just can't post anything.

I wish he could get un banned, the last of my good friend group. gone. First toge decided to leave then dia just got a freaking grudge against me and he got banned for spamming (i dont really hate spamming when there is NO ONE in chat  )

Spamming while no one else was in chat wasn't why he got banned though. He got banned because he constantly spammed, swore, was rude and failed to stop when asked. (and my imaginary report that apparently doesn't exist)

Banned users can still enter chat, they just can't do anything.
