Le Scraf's Mini Fight

Question

Can you channel your little fight and win? With only 2 OU Pokemon allowed, you'll have to go in the likes of UU, RU and even NU. Since these Pokemon are so small, you might have to use NFE Pokemon. No matter the case, best of luck :D

Rules

• Each Pokemon must be either under 2'4" (.7 m) tall or weigh less than 50 pounds (22.6 kg). (Scraf must be a filthy American for not using the obviously superior meters and kilograms) Height and weight will be determined based on Pokedex entries.
• NO Ubers Pokemon allowed
• Only two OU Pokemon allowed
• Showdown! OU format

For reference, the top 12 most viable Pokemon (according to this list) that fit the requirements are Toxapex, Amoonguss, heat Rotom, Ditto, Reuniclus, Hatterene, Hawlucha, Torkoal, Jirachi, Galarian Weezing, Mew, and wash Rotom. (I might have missed a few)

You are definitely right about needing a counter to Haze Toxapex and probably just Toxapex in general if Rotom-H faints.  Maybe Reuniclus?   I choose Klefki because I thought that Prankster Thunder Wave and Spikes could provide valuable assistance.  The main reason I choose Klefki was because I would have 3 Pokémon weak to Ghost.  Maybe I am wrong though.

I screwed up.

I didn't notice that snom has been using an Excadrill, which does not fit either the height or weight requirement, since the first round. Therefore, JACK should have had the choice to take the win or redo that battle. I think the fairest thing to do now is to give JACK the choice and determine who wins that matchup based on what JACK does.

take win: JACK wins
redo battle: whoever wins the battle wins
JACK does not respond for at least 1 week, but snom does: snom wins
neither respond for one week: JACK wins

After we decide the winner of that matchup, we should give Prof and Codeine the opportunity to win their battles without having to battle against an Excadrill, so the resulting bracket looks like this:

Additionally, the Crown Tundra was released after round 3 started, so no new stuff is allowed until round 4, which is the battle against KRLW. If you're snom, JACK, Prof, Codeine, or KRLW and think this decision is unfair, please comment on this answer.

Thanks for pointing this out, sumwun. I opine that snom can keep the win against me, though. I got flustered initially by Libero Raboot and I used Toxic instead of Haze while snom set up for the sweep. I don’t remember Excadrill even being a factor in our battle.

Excadrill wasn't used in both battles, so it might not be fair to disqualify Snom.

I think the final round has technically not started, so it should use whatever rules that OU has when it starts, including the new Crown Tundra Pokemon and tier changes.
