Well Scolipede is now BL because it is very OP in UU. I guess people have not realized that because Scolipede doos not see a loot of play.
This thing is completely walled by Chesnuaght.
Not exactly completely....a few people carry Poison Jab for that reason and that reason alone.

Choice-Band Scolipede.

enter image description here
Centipoid (Scolipede) (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Megahorn
- Rock Slide
- Poison Jab

A bit of a surprise option. Megahorn OP STAB. Rock Slide and Earthquake make a rare appearance on a dual-typed Pokemon which is neither of these types, nor a Fighting type - but hey, take it when they offer it, right? Poison Jab is your standard Fairy coverage should you ever need it, plus more reliable-accuracy STAB.

Amazing!
Good job. One small thing though:

STEAMROLLER FOR THE WIN!!!!
Ok whoever believed the original was actually a good set, God bless you for believing my naive self...

Scolipede @ Black Sludge
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Spe / 92 SpD / 164 HP
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Protect
- Substitute
- Baton Pass

Hey look, a Scolipede set that's just like the most common Ninjask set, except without the 4x Stealth Rocks weakness. This set works just like the Ninjask set, but a little slower, and a considerably larger amount of bulk, so it can Baton Pass the stat increases to the other Pokemon on your team for much longer than Ninjask.

The only problem with this set is that it can be completely shut down by Taunt.

Scolipede (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Swarm
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Toxic Spikes
- Spikes
- Megahorn
- Earthquake

Scolipede has great speed, but lets make it ridiculous
Scolipede
Scolipede @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Swarm / Quick Feet
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly / Adamant Nature
- Megahorn
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide / Double-Edge
- Superpower / Aqua Tail / Pursuit

At base 112, Scolipede's speed stat is impressive, but not exceptional. However, slap a Choice Scarf on that creepy crawler and it will blaze by its opponents. It's better to use this arthropod over counterparts like Ninjask because of its great physical attacking prowess and it's decent defensive typing, as well as its lesser weakness to Stealth Rock.

Nice moveset.

Scolipede (F) @ Insect Plate
Ability: Swarm
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Substitute
- Swords Dance
- Megahorn
- Rock Slide

Getting a sub up can be a really good play if your opponent will let you.
Then you can start using Swords Dance. When they break your sub, keep subbing until you're low on health. Now you have Swarm + Insect Plate + STAB Megahorn.
Rock Slide is there for coverage. Earthquake is also a solid option.

Scolipede (F) @ Focus Sash

Adamant Nature
- Protect
- Steamroller
- Poison Jab
- Aqua Tail

Why give it a SpD and Hp boost while it has a Focus Sash?
I think it's better that the nature even decreases defense, so Focus sash surely activates. hmph
Oh, sorry, I forgot to make that Speed.

I don't know if these movesets are just old, but I don't believe many of these sets work well with scolipede, here is an up-to-date one:

Scolipede @ Life Orb / Black Sludge / Focus Sash
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Substitute / Megahorn
- Earthquake
- Poison Jab

This guy function kind of like a low-tier Blaziken. Life Orb is for extra damage, Black Sludge is for recovery if you use Substitute, and the Focus Sash is for taking a hit after using Swords Dance. Speed Boost raises its Speed, so Jolly Nature is unnecessary. Swords Dance is for a higher Attack, and Substitute is for protection when using Swords Dance (and to get your Speed up). Poison Jab and Megahorn are STAB, and Earthquake is coverage.

BABIES (Scolipede) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Swarm
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Megahorn
- Rock Slide
- Earthquake

I love this thing!!

Setting up Swords dance is easy, lets you get over 500 on your attack stat, sweeps well, and you already have a good 355 speed stat thanks to jolly! Megahorn is my personal choice of STAB, screw the 85 accuracy, you hit harder. Rock Slide is great coverage, and can drive some foes such as an adamant Weavile into the ground before they get their chance to attack you, screws over bunches of flying types, and gives overall great coverage. Earthquake is that amazing coverage move, gets 5 types, which is nice, has 100 base power, so you're leaving a mark, and covers fire, rock, steel, electric, and poison! All of which our friend here can't hardly stand! And by the name, you can tell that he's one of my rain team bug types, and one of my favorites might I add.

Id slap in focus sash there since scolipede doesn't have very good defenses
He may not have amazing defenses, but he hovers about 216 in his defense stat, and has 2 4X resistances, meaning with strategy he can survive the setup easily, most opponents have to switch to get something to take him down quickly.

Pretty good in Black and White 2

Scolipede @ Choice Band / Focus Sash
Ability: Swarm
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- X-Scissor
- Aqua Tail
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide

X-Scissor: more accurate than Megahorn
Aqua Tail: deals with Rock, Fire, and Ground, which is awesome for Scolipede's typing
Earthquake: deals with Steel, Fire, Rock, and Poison
Rock Slide: deals with Flying, Bug, Fire, and Ice

Scolipede @Black Sludge
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Spe / 252 Def / 4 Atk
Jolly Nature
- Substitute
- Protect
- Baton Pass
- X-Scissor / Swords Dance / Iron Defense

Used for passing over the Speed Boost, so I think the first three moves are quite obvious. For the fourth move I prefer to use X-Scissor, to counter Taunt. But you could also use Swords Dance or Iron Defense to pass over another bonus.

Caterpillar (Scolipede) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
- Protect / Snatch
- Poison Jab
- Swords Dance / Earthquake
- Megahorn

This is a pure all-offensive set. If used right, it can give an almost guaranteed 6-0 sweep.

Caterpillar (Scolipede) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
- Protect
- Spikes / Iron Defense
- Swords Dance / Iron Defense
- Baton Pass

This set is more defensive. If an opponents moves are well predicted and you can get an Iron Defense up, do it. If not, using this should give you a boost in Speed and Attack, and maybe even some Spikes.

This is by far one of the best bugs around -- only beaten by Volcarona and Yanmega -- but still better depending on what you want its role to be.

Here's mine

Scolipede @ Life Orb
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
- X-Scissor
- Poison Jab
- Protect
- Rock Slide / Earthquake

X-Scissor - STAB, Deals with Psychic types
Poison Jab - STAB
Protect - Takes advantage of Speed Boost
For the last move, you can go either Rock Slide or Earthquake. While Rock Slide has a chance to flinch and deals with Flying types, Earthquake deals more damage and is more accurate. I personally wouldn't opt for both, though. On the plus side, both moves can deal with Fire types.

Ohhh, the AI controlled Scolipedes gave me so much struggle with their banger movesets! Here's one, slightly improved (however, during the battle, the EVs and Nature stayed unknown):

Scolipede @ Expert Belt
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
- Megahorn
- Poison Jab
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide

Earthquake and Rock Slide gives wide coverage, powered up by the Expert Belt. Megahorn is just a banger STAB move, while Poison Jab also can poison. Enjoy the sweeping with Speed Boost! ^_^

Scolipede @ Focus Sash
Ability: Speed Boost
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Protect
- Poison Jab
- Earthquake

Okay. first turn nets you a guarenteed speedboost, and either a swords dance, or protect if you see a fake-out coming. Focus Sash also guarantees you AT LEAST one swords dance as well. Poison STAB works well, and EQ hits steel, fire, and rock types who may try to switch in to resist what they predict will be your dual stabs.

Priority moves at sash will certainly take this thing out but lemme tell ya, I've swept many a team with a 3x attack Scolipede. How is this thing not used more, it's awesome!?

Scolipede @ Life Orb
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Megahorn
- Aqua Tail
- Earthquake

Fairly normal set, but I would replace aqua tail for protect.

Whirlipede
Whirlipede @ Eviolite
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Def / 252 SpD / 4 Spe
Careful Nature
- Protect
- Poison Jab
- Toxic Spikes
- Spikes

I have used this in showdown, and it can take a hit. It is incredibly bulky and can set up quite a few layers of spikes and toxic spikes.

I'm not taking sides, but you can't deny moves like Mean Look or a!abilities like Shadow Tag that can trap you in a bad spot.  It may not be against a Steel type, but possibly a Ghost type where Poison Jab won't do anything.
Jhnfui, I can't say I exactly understand what "It may not be against a Steel type, but possibly a Ghost type where Poison Jab won't do anything." means.
Nothing steel has shadow tag. And if you are locked against a steel type, who cares? You are not meant to damage, you are meant to set spikes and toxic spikes
I was meaning Steel types or Shadow Tag ability.
@Glazio, my wording was bad so I apologize.  I meant that Poison Jab won't do much damage against Ghost types because it isn't very effective.
Jhnfui, it's fine. My brain's not really working today. I mean, it is, but not well. And now I get it, thanks. :)

Here is a good (niche) gen 7 ubers set, I used recently. It works well.
Suicide lead--

Scolipede @ Focus Sash
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Spe / 4 Def
Jolly Nature
- Spikes
- Toxic Spikes
- Protect
- Endeavor / Toxic

You start with either Spikes or Toxic Spikes (depends what is more useful. Example: use Toxic Spikes if using M-Gengar with Hex, or else use normal Spikes), then decide if you want to weaken the first Pokémon with Endeavour/Toxic or lay another Spikes. Protect is if your opponent's first Pokémon is faster than you, so you can get Speed Boost.

Hope this helps.

Physical Choice Band Sweeper

Scolipede @ Choice Band
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Megahorn
- Poison Jab
- Aqua Tail / Rock Slide / Earthquake
- Aqua Tail / Rock Slide / Earthquake

Choice Band set. Speed Boost raises Scolipede's Speed stat each turn, making it one speedy bug.
>You do NOT need scarf on this thing. Scolipede after one protect becomes obscenely fast.
>commented 11 hours ago by 湿ったマフィン

yeah, that

Adamant Nature and Choice Band means Attack increases by a lot. Megahorn and Poison Jab are STAB, Aqua Tail hits Fire and Rock types hard, Rock Slide hits Flying and Fire, and Earthquake hits Rock, Steel (which would normally wall this set), and Fire .

Have fun using this set, hope I helped! :D

National Dex RU Swords Dance

Scolipede @ Groundium Z
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Megahorn
- Poison Jab
- Earthquake

A Swords Dance + Z Move set Scolipede can use in National Dex RU. Using Swords Dance to boost its attack, Scolipede can be a scary threat to face if a team doesn't have anything to check it. Megahorn is Scolipede's strongest STAB move, being able to OHKO Slowbro at a +2 attack boost, and 2HKOing checks such as Amoonguss and Mandibuzz. Poison Jab is a nice Poison STAB that goes well with Megahorn to hit Pokemon who resist Megahorn such as Primarina, Azumarill, Thundurus (both forms), and Rotom-Heat. Earthquake is a nice coverage move that hits Steel-types such as Mega Aggron, Magnezone, and Mega Steelix super effectively. Because Steel-types such as Skarmory and Celesteela aren't in NatDex RU, Scolipede can use Groundium Z with Earthquake, allowing it to break past the bulkier Steel-types such as Mega Aggron and Mega Steelix more easily. Speed Boost is the Ability to make Scolipede faster after each turn. Adamant Nature gives Scolipede as much power as possible. Because Scolipede is frail, you'll need to either use slow pivots to bring it in or find a good switch-in opportunity.
