I found this silhouette while browsing Pokemon Center Japan's website. I hope someone can help. Thank you.

that thing looks like a bibarel fusion with cubone
Can you link specifically where you found it?
Source: https://www.pokemoncenter-online.com/
Depending on your browser config, it may try to redirect you to an English site. If it does that, scroll to the bottom and choose Japan as your location.
Thanks for the link, obviously Gen VIII considering the rest of the silhouettes are, but it doesn't seem to match anyone. Also now I'm wondering who the one between Yamper and Gossifleur are.
ALIENINVASION GASP :O
I noticed that all the Pokemon featured there were revealed during Sword and Shield prerelease.
There is no evidence that this Pokémon was scrapped or never released, I believe this is some sort of SwSh lost media
Sometimes people make fake pokemon before the release of a new Pokémon game and a whole new region.
A few days ago here on the PokeBase there is a question about a "Galatian Aipom" which nobody found info about that Mon they said someone send a image of that Mon on some sort of a chat app so it was fake and fan-made.
There was a rumored mega before XY release which is Mega Klinkklang.

Those are the Fake and Rumored mons that I know.
It reminds me of Galarian Linoone, but more limber and adept walking on hind legs and a longer tail. Perhaps this is a scrapped design of it?
The one between Yamper and Gossifleur is Runerigus @Moth
I think that's actually Obstagoon @Hellfire Taco
I'm pretty sure Obstagoon doesn't have a tail @AweSamu
Oh no, I'm talking about the one between Yamper and Gossifleur.
Is that patrat?
@Hoenndragon no, the tail is much different. Maybe it's some sort of scrapped version of Greedent/Skwovet?
I'm pretty sure it's holding a gun, too.. MEOWTH GUYS :O
May be its an ancient beta design of buizel
Is “unidentifiable” a valid answer for this?
First thoughts were Bidoof, then meh.
Why's it tagged "Japan"?
It *is* correct but incomplete, I guess?
Looks like some old or slightly different version of Thwackey.  It's got the same foot stance and tail shape (sort of), plus something in the hair that could be Thwackey's sticks, just shorter.
For staff: I flagged because i want to know if “we don’t know yet” is a valid answer
Nothing wrong with that except maybe it's wrong.

Based on the comments and my very extensive knowledge of Pokémon, I can promptly say we don’t know.

It’s possible it’s a scrapped Gen 8 design, or possibly even Gen 9 design, but there’s no sources right now to clarify. As far as I (and others), can tell, this doesn’t belong to any particular “released” Pokémon.

I hope this makes sense! I’ll be sure to update if any new information about it comes out. In the meantime, I hope this helps.
