If you have a good competitive moveset for Bisharp, post an answer below and upvote the best ones. Movesets for its pre-evolutions, if any, can also be shared on this thread.

Be sure to include full set details in your post, e.g. items, abilities, natures and EVs. Some detail, including the intended game mode for your set, is also appreciated. Access the full list of guidelines here.

This is really my version of Heinz_Ketchum's moveset, cuz I thought it was really good.

Bisharp @ Iron Ball
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 200 HP / 252 Atk / 56 SpD
Brave Nature
- Fling
- Metal Burst
- Thief / Sucker Punch
- Taunt / X-Scissor

As I said before, I give all the credit to Heinz. Anyways, same stuff, Metal Burst, Fling, blah blah blah. However, after you fling off the Iron Ball, I thought Thief would be good, especially if the other Pokemon has something like Leftovers or a berry. I recommend using Taunt if you're gonna go with Sucker Punch and X-Scissor for Thief.

Hope you like it ;)

You could just scrap Metal Burst all together to include Revenge, which is probably more reliable against special attackers

Wait, where are the dynamax sweepers?
Gen 8 Battle Stadium Singles
Bisharp @ Life Orb
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant / Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance / Brick Break
- Iron Head
- Knock Off
- Aerial Ace
Swords Dance boosts attack, Brick Break boosts attack in dynamax, Iron Head is STAB and boost defense in dynamax, Knock Off removes items, and Aerial Ace boosts speed in dynamax.

VGC 2021 Doubles

Bisharp @ Focus Sash
Ability: Defiant / Inner Focus
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Assurance
- Sucker punch
- Iron Head
- Stone Edge

Defiant can punish Intimidate and is useful much more, however, Inner Focus destroys Fake Out.

Assurance is a neat tech with faster teammates or priority to smash defensive Pokemon. Sucker Punch is good for priority if you feel your predictions are good, Iron Head is basic STAB and stone edge is coverage.

Defiant Abuser Gen 6-7 OU

Bisharp (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Knock Off
- Iron Head
- Pursuit / Psycho Cut

- Sucker Punch STAB and Priority (if the other Pokemon is attacking on the turn) and with STAB it has a power of 105 which is strong for a priority move and with choice band its power is 157.5 (70 + 35 x 1.5) which is very strong and you can just keep spamming it and knock out a few members of the opposing team with ease or at least take a huge chunk out if not kill the other Pokemon and when boosted by defiant they are as good as dead and if they some how survive, another one of your team mates can just finish them off but the main reason this move is perfect for Bisharp is because its priority and Bisharp's speed is not that good so you can take advantage of sucker punch and use it while predicting an attack.
- Knock Off STAB and power boost by 50% (if the Pokemon is holding an item) so that's a power of 147.5 (65 + 32.5 + 50 = 147.5) and with choice band it has a power of 221.25! (65 + 32.5 + 50 x 1.5 = 221.25) which is really strong like that will kill just about anything while removing the item which is great and it is useful for ridding walls of their leftovers or other healing items or power boosting items like life orb and choice band and basically ruin all other common Pokemon sets.
- Iron Head With STAB and choice band it has a power of 180 (80 + 40 x 1.5 = 180) that is amazing and it being your only selection when battling is worth it when you can just do big damage by using it over and over again, plus it has a great 30% chance to make the opposing Pokemon flinch which is nice.
- Psycho Cut has a base power of 70 and is used for coverage against fighting types because this is the type that Bisharp obviously struggles with the most plus with choice band Psycho Cut has a power of 105 and has an increased critical hit ratio of 1/8 instead of 1/24 but if you need to use another move just switch out and come back again on a predicted switch or a psychic type move.
- Pursuit STAB base power 40 but goes first and does double the damage (if the opponent is switching out) and will also be boosted by choice band giving it good power. you can use this move on a Pokemon when you predict they are gonna switch out and take them out anyway.

This set has amazing potential and when used correctly it can be devastating for the other team with Bisharp's defiant boost. You can predict a defog and switch in Bisharp for a free defiant boost or take advantage of sticky web and get a boost that way. Bisharp is perfect at taking care of Aegislash and it doesn't care about king shield as its defiant will kick in and raise it's attack back up and the same goes for all intimidate users as well and with all the boosts Bisharp is getting its sweeping potential is limitless! Bisharp can also get a defiant boost from attacking moves like some of the dynamax moves and from moves like strength sap, memento, and energy ball by 10% chance.

Psycho Cut is a niche option on Bisharp; Pursuit is almost mandatory on it. Trapping Lati@s etc. is pretty huge.
If this is meant to be swsh or bdsp,  Pursuit doesnt exist in these games anymore.
Aren't the moveset threads for competitive and not in-game tho?
Was there any implication that this was not meant for competitive use? You still can't use pursuit in OU
This set is for Gen-6-7 where Bisharp learns pursuit as an egg move sorry for not specifying on that.
You're good, mistakes happen. Just make sure to specify the Gen/format next time.
Any suggestions are welcome btw.

Bisharp
Bisharp @ Focus Sash
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Sucker Punch
- Iron Head
- Power-Up Punch

Swords Dance - Setup move really nice to have especially if you activate Focus Sash and then Sucker Punch for massive damage.
Sucker Punch - STAB priorty move.
Iron Head - STAB with chance to flinch.
Power Up-Punch - Helps you setup if you get Taunted to not use Swords Dance and deals damage.

Jolly Nature because it lowers its unused SpA and raises its Speed.
Ability Defiant because if they setup with Sticky Web upon entry you can get a free +2 Atk stage.

inb4 Kingambit's Moveset Thread.

Gen 9 ND

Bisharp @ Eviolite
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 128 Def / 128 SpD
Careful Nature
- Swords Dance
- Sucker Punch
- Iron Head
- Psycho Cut

After the introduction of Kingambit being Bisharp's final form, Eviolite Bisharp is pretty useful here, the boosted defenses from the Eviolite lets you survive hits (except Fighting moves) and then use Swords Dance and Sucker Punch, and Defiant let's it boost it's Attack when the opponent uses Defog to remove your hazards you've set earlier. I had great experience with this set, better than Kingambit IMO.

Gimmicky move-set for Bisharp

Bisharp (M) @ Weakness policy
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 SpD / 128 Hp / 128 Atk
Impish nature
- Sucker Punch / Iron defense
- Iron head
- Psycho cut
- Lash out

My first move-set here. This move-set is for sword and shield doubles. You send out this bisharp with an ally that knows bulldoze. Bulldoze will hit you, and activate the weakness policy. Bulldoze will also lower your speed, which will activate Defiant. Now your bisharp is at x3 attack. Then you click Lash-out with your bisharp. Lash-out is a 75 power dark type move that doubles if your stats were lowered the same turn. This makes lash-out a whopping 675 power! This bisharp has its nature and EVs mostly in bulk, to take bulldoze and your opponents attacks better. After a bulldoze you wont outspeed much, so the bulk is necessary. Sucker punch is an alternative to lash-out if you need priority. Iron defense is if you want to stay on the field longer, and pairs good with gallade or lucario which get both bulldoze and heal pulse (yes, heal pulse hits dark types). Iron head is stab, and finally Psycho cut is for fighting types.

EVs should be in multiples of 4.

This set is for NatDex UU, as Kingambit is in OU.

False Swipe (Bisharp) (M) @ Eviolite
Ability: Defiant
Tera Type: Dark / Steel / Fighting
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant / Jolly Nature
- Night Slash / Knock Off
- Power-Up Punch
- Psycho Cut
- Iron Head

This is a Physical Sweeper set. Set up with Power-Up Punch, then use your coverage moves. Although it won't last long with Fighting types, if you're sure you can outspeed them, use Psycho Cut on a damaged opponent.
