This is my Choice Scarf set, perfect for revenge killing and Moxie boosts:

Krookodile (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- Crunch
- Stone Edge / Brick Break

The Choice scarf makes this guy fast enough to KO pretty well any hurt opponent, and you get stronger from Moxie with every opponent you KO, making it a devastating sweeper.
Outrage has phenomenal neutral coverage with high power, and it locks you in anyway, so it is pretty good with the Scarf.
Earthquake has STAB, and it hits Steel types that resist Outrage, not to mention 4 other types, it is kind of a no-brainer.
Crunch is also STAB, and it hits just as hard as Outrage without the confusion, it just doesn't have the neutral coverage.
The next slot is preference, Stone Edge is more powerful and accurate, as well as having a high crit ratio, while Brick Break has a really strong coverage with Crunch.

EVs go into Attack and Speed, just because it is a sweeper, while Nature boosts attack, since Scarf boosts speed. Moxie allows choiced attacks to just get stronger and stronger as Krook wipes out the opposing team.

I would add Aerial Ace for defeating Heracross.
are EVs the same as base stats?
@Alexander757575

Fire Fang would be a better bet.
what if i replace crunch for darkest lariat?
i audibly laughed when you said stone edge is accurate

This set is awesome:

Krookodile (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Fire Fang
- Thunder Fang
- Outrage

Earthquake is for STAB. With the Band, and Moxie... This guy is a force to be reckoned with. Fire Fang covers Bug, Grass, and Ice types. Thunder Fang covers Water types. Outrage+Choice Band+Moxie=Somebody getting screwed over.

Krookodile

Gen 8 Ubers (Dynamaxer)

Krookodile @ Life Orb
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Aerial Ace
- Earthquake
- Knock Off

It works on Gyarados, so why not Krookodile? Plus, Krookodile gets Close Combat for Max Knuckle, which Gyarados misses out on. A Life Orb is for the extra bit of power. Moxie boosts its Attack every time in knocks a Pokémon out. Close Combat is for Max Knuckle, which, combined with Moxie, boosts your Attack by quite a bit. Aerial Ace covers Grass, Fighting, and Bug types, but it’s mostly for Max Airstream, which boosts its Speed by one stage. With Moxie + Max Knuckle + Max Airstream, it gets a boost to Speed and Attack while dealing damage. Earthquake is STAB, and if you use it as Max Quake, you’ll get a Special Defense boost. Knock Off removes items, and it’s not as good as Max Darkness, since it lowers your opponent’s Special Defense, which doesn’t really go with the physical set, but it’s STAB.

Proof that it works.

So... Krookodile gets Power Trip in Gen 7.

image

Krookodile @ Assault Vest
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Def or SpD
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Power Trip
- Fire Fang / Brick Break / Superpower / Iron Tail

Now, with Power Trip, you're not going to want to run Choice Scarf because you'll never be able to get a Moxie Boost if you're just spamming an unboosted, 20 power attack. You'll have to start out with EQ or SE before obliterating everything with Power Trip.

Well... Choice Scarf could work in Doubles with this unholy strategy:

image

Krookodile @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Anger Point
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Power Trip
- Fire Fang / Brick Break / Superpower / Iron Tail

Team him up with a Pokémon that has Storm Throw or Frost Breath (perhaps a Smeargle; its low attack stats will ensure Krookodile won't get hurt too badly), and then you have a Scarfed Pokémon throwing out a STAB 140 base power attack at +6. GG.

Gen 8 dlc

Krookodile @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Scale Shot
- Earthquake
- Crunch
- Fire Fang / Thunder Fang / Stone Edge / Bulk Up / Shadow Claw / Close Combat

  • scale shot: Luck move. Weaker than outrage but intimidate helps to balance back the defenses so it's balanced but with +1 speed. Allows it to sweep more efficiently
  • crunch: Foul play/darkest lariat/throat chop works.

Gen 9 NU Choice Scarf

Krookodile @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Moxie / Intimidate
Tera Type: Poison / Dark
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Knock Off
- Gunk Shot
- Stone Edge / Stealth Rock / Close Combat / Crunch / Foul Play

Krookodile's typing, attack stat, and coverage moves allow it to be a nice offensive Pokemon in Gen 9 NU, being a nice Choice Scarf user. Earthquake is a powerful Ground STAB that can deal out nice damage. Knock Off is a nice Dark STAB to cripple opposing Pokemon by removing their item. Gunk Shot is a useful coverage moves to hit Grass-types such as Tsareena, Brute Bonnet, Rotom-Mow, and Wo-Chien super effectively. Gunk Shot also hits Sylveon, Florges, and other Pokemon that decide "Hey! I want to be a Fairy-type now!" using Tera Fairy.

The last slot can be used to fit your team's needs. Stone Edge lets Krookodile knock out Flying-types such as Talonflame, Noivern, and Thundurus of out the sky, as well as their hopes and dreams of switching in on an Earthquake (or Talonflame Flame Body burn fishing on a predicted Knock Off). Stealth Rock, while a weird option on a Choice Scarf set, is useful for role compression if you need a Stealth Rock setter on your team and can be used on a predicted switch. Close Combat is an option to hit opposing Krookodile super effectively. Crunch may seem like not a good option since Krookodile has Knock Off on this set, but Crunch is used for another Dark STAB to use after Krookodile Knocks Off an item from Pokemon such as Slowbro. Foul Play is a funny option to revenge kill a Shell Smash Torterra.

Choice Scarf is used to let Krookodile have some more speed. Black Glasses may be an option to boost Knock Off a little should you not need to use Choice Scarf. Moxie lets Krookodile rack up attack boosts when it defeats a Pokemon. Intimidate can be used should you need the utility to lower the attack stat of opposing Pokemon. Tera Poison is used to let Krookodile resist Fighting and Fairy moves and have a more powerful Gunk Shot. Tera Dark can be used to boost the power of Knock Off.

I use my Krookodile for a Electric/psychic sweep, so no covering weakness'

Krookodile @ Expert Belt
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk / 32 Def / 32 SpD / 130 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Bulk Up / Hone Claws
- Smack Down / Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- Crunch

Expert Belt- Adds some power to those attacks on the electric/psychic Pokemon, plus makes up a bit for non-stab moves like smackdown/stone edge on flying Pokemon.

Bulk up/Hone claws- Both moves up your attack, but Hone Claws is useful if you have a move like Stone Edge, gives you a bit of Accuracy, Bulk Up I would use, just for the boost of defense.

Smack Down/Stone Edge- With the quite popular Eelektross and Emolga, and the new (annoying) air balloon item, this can be quite useful. If you want something different, you can go for Stone Edge, fairly strong and decent Accuracy if you pair it with a few Hone Claws.

Earthquake- ground STAB

Crunch- dark stab

I use this on Showdown, and it has been so devastating.

Krookodile @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Aqua Tail
- Superpower
- Knock Off

Earthquake for obvious STAB. Aqua Tail and Superpower are for coverage. Knock Off is for getting rid of items and can OHKO most Pokemon weak to Dark type moves thanks to STAB, especially if you have a Moxie boost already.

Krookodile @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
EVS: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Taunt
- Knock Off
- Earthquake

This lead Krok is great at countering any sweepers and setting up rocks. Intimidate and taunt combined with chioce scarf wall out any set up threat.

I'm sorry if I'm missing the point or anything but why Choice Scarf + Stealth Rock.
Is it supposed to spam Stealth Rock?
Same issue with Taunt as well.
@MechSteelix lol. @sacredmanitan you can use leftovers / focus sash in item slot.

TankDile

Krookodile @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 96 SpD / 160 Spe
Careful Nature
- Dragon Tail
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic

A defensive set that utilitzes Krookdile's typing and Intimidate. Dragon Tail lets it force out opposing Pokemon to dissuade setup sweepers, and Toxic lets Krookodile spread posion to make progress against opposing Pokemon.

Gen 7 Moveset

Krookodile @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 6 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Bulk Up
- Fire Fang
- Power Trip
- Earthquake

Explanation: Now in Gen 7, Krookodile gets access to Power Trip which is the Physical counterpart to Stored Power and its time to put it To use. Weakness Policy raises Attack and Special Attack by 2 stages each when hit by a Super Effective move. Bulk up Raises Attack and Defense by 1 stage each. Fire Fang hits Ferrothorn and Scizor with a Chance to Flinch or Burn. Power Trip is STAB and it's More powerful with all the Stat Boosts Krookodile can Get From Weakness Policy and Bulk Up. Earthquake is amazing STAB with amazing power and accuracy.

Gen VII Krookodile Set
Krookodile

Krookodile @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Power Trip
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Bulk Up

I use this set myself, I and I have CRUSHED countless mons. Works best if paired with an Evoboost Eevee. Power Trip is its main signature move, and it can OHKO even bulky Pokemon. If you get off a couple Bulk Ups, you will become a Physical, bulky BEAST. EQ is there for the powerful STAB, and Stone Edge is there for coverage. BEWARE Haze users, like Crobat.

Toxapex is better and a common haze user
Excuse me can someone tell how to obtain a extreme evoboost eevee in gen 6? Also krook doesn't get power trip in gen 6. This is a gimmick since baton pass is banned in ou and tiers below it and in Ubers well it's impossible to pull of with stuff like marshadow.

Krookodile @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Aerial Ace / Fire Fang
- Outrage
- Foul Play / Crunch

Earthquake- Great STAB, and well, it's Earthquake, why pass it up?
Aerial Ace /Fire Fang- coverage, gets rid of pests like fighting, bug and grass depending on with one you choose.
Outrage- Strong physical move, I swept all the Pokémon in the dragon trial with it on my Krookodile.
Foul Play / Crunch- Physical dark STAB, you choose.

Some other moves:
Throat Chop- Sick of Hyper Voice Pixilate Sylveon's? Might not be very effective, but those Sylveon's better watch out for E-quake
Thunder Fang- Watch out, water types.
Superpower- Strong move, not here for any particular reason except the fact that if you want to use it, go ahead.

Black glasses? Why would you run an item that only powers up dark type moves, and your inly dark type STAB doesn't even do normal damage. It does damage based on the opponents attack, and is therefore unaffected by black glasses. Outrage provides no helpful coverage. Aerial ace would probably be good, but it isn't. It's 60 base power move, and doesn't have a useful gimmik like pursuit. And you're not even running moxie, which is an amazing ability, over intimidate. Intimidate is great, but it pales in comparison.
adamant moxie is not that good with krookodile because it's a bit slow, so changing nature to jolly with moxie would be better
I'll rethink this set. It's my first post so I'm a bit of an amateur. I do really like your suggestions though RobloxianSceptile.

Does it look better now?

Ability: Moxie
EVs: 80 HP / 116 Atk / 72 Def / 60 SpA / 72 SpD / 108 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Brick Break
- Crunch
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake

Brick Break is a good fighting type move on which you can depend on.
Cruch is a STAB move with high base power and and has a 20% chance of lowering the opponents defense.
Dragon claw,HIGH base power and goes good with moxie.
Earthquake another STAB physical move with 100 base power and 100 accuracy

Gen 8 Doubles UU

Krookodile @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Knock Off
- High Horsepower
- Rock Slide
- Close Combat

Knock Off is STAB that removes items from opposing Pokemon. High Horsepower is STAB. Rock Slide is for coverage that hits both Pokemon. Close Combat allows you to hit Pokemon like Scrafty and Ferrothorn super effectively.

Krookodile @Life Orb
Ability: Moxie
Nature: Jolly
EVS: Attack 252, Spe 252, SpD 4

Moveset

-Swagger
-Foul Play [you know why]
-Low Kick
-Earthquake

Swagger? Big yes! Foul play? For sure. With this set you look cool and go for swagger, the enemy is now upset because you look so swag and there attack goes up. Now you feel like using their attack boost against them and go for foul play. Low kick is there as well incase you have to deal with heavier targets. Along with earthquake since it is way to powerful to not use. Moxie will boost attack as well since you feel boastful and want to look tuff after knocking some 'mons down.

by
It's a lot better to just use an attack, especially when you have an option as good as Knock Off. Also Close Combat is better than Low Kick.

Gen 9
Krookodile (M) @ Mirror Herb
Ability: Moxie
Tera Type: Ground
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swagger
- Crunch
- Earthquake
- Thunder Fang / Fire Fang

Mirror Herb is good setup steal (opponent uses swords dance, agility, etc) or can be used with swagger for a free +2 Atk. Tera Ground to get rid of pesky fighting and fairy weakness, and also even stronger Earthquake. Thunder Fang for Water coverage, or Fire Fang for Grass coverage.
Jolly to prioritize Speed since we’re getting free Atk boosts.
