This is a tough one. I don't like the "4th move for Dusknoir" one, but ones like elemental fang/punch are better and usually have solid answers (e.g. one specific move would get a lot more coverage).
I am sort of veering towards relaxing some of the rules. It's difficult to come up with hard-and-fast rules as often questions can get good answers even if they are a little opinionated.
I'd say, anything that can be solved in one of the moveset questions, like "are these good moves for meganium in soul silver", should be flagged/hidden. Otherwise leave it open.
